Community MX: Kids Dirtbike Motorcycle Track [VLOG 3]
Grayson (9 yrs old on the Yamaha YZ65) and Graham )5 yrs old on the Yamaha PW50) hit a new kids track for the very first time in George, Washington. They both crashed a couple of times, and wanted to show both the good and bad of riding dirt bikes, so they've included a 'bloopers' section just for that.
Big thanks to another Motodad for picking Graham up (twice) and helping him start his bike. This is a great time to mention just how COOL the Moto world is. Everyone is out there to have a good time!
Connect with Grayson and Graham on Instagram @g2motocross as we continue to learn the sport of youth Moto! Feel free to give us tips as well, the kids love learning from other kids!

Haven’t posted for 2 years that’s nice
Thank you for this vid , searched awhile before finding this and exactly its ehat need to understand was shared and explained. Cheers
When adjusting the clutch, it's important to consider the type of terrain the child will be riding on, whether it's soft sand or hard ground. I have mine set to 11 clicks (2023 TC50), but in Hungary, there are many deep sandy race tracks.
What did you do with the mini plates?
Thanks for the video
Hello, greetings from Nayarit Mexico, sorry, can you help me, my son's 2013 KTM50 runs a little slowly during his training and gets very hot, it leaks antifreeze through the radiator cap, once it's rolling hard, it doesn't, but it stops for a while. little and that happens, it could be a problem 😵💫
Perfecto video 🫡
Super helpful I appreciate the post I was wondering does either adjustment why do you take it up or whether you take it down make it harder at all on the clutch or make the clutch burn up any faster?
great video. I turn mine 18 times and now when i try zero it it wont stop it just keeps turning. any idea what i must do to fix that
Do you have to torque the bolts down or just guess
So that means: The softer the adjustment is, the earlier it slips (less power) and more heat occours? Just got a used SX50 for my son which is on 6, but thats still way too aggressive, i'd like to start at 4.
Yes, the lower the setting, the less power that is transferred. But yes that also means more heat and damage. As you move up, the power kicks in with less throttle, less heat. But I change the trans oil every ride!
@@FHCOutdoors Thank you. Looking forward to your SX65 expericences 😎
Is ot safe on the clutches to go down to say 5 clicks? My son is just getting into riding and im afraid to have it at 9 clicks.
Yes it's "safe". But the more slip, the more heat. I have changed the gear oil every ride. Just had it rebuilt and my mechanic said they still looked okay. Just a recommendation!
@@g2motocross330sorry I'm no mechanic but basically what your doing here is adjusting the bikes power/ speed on the automatic clutch so the bike or more or less aggressive when the throttle is pulled ? Are u fully changing the oil in the bike after every 2hrs riding why is that ? Sounds costly
Do you know whatvthe Allen keys do on the star?
Hi bro. To you and your beautiful son. I want you to know I watched this video step by step and it's because of you two I am very happy the install went well. It's because of you both. ❤❤ thanks again bro
Is turning the clicks all the way to the left to 1 bad for the bike?
It's not "bad" but it does create more disc slippage, lower power, but creates more heat. I change the gear oil on this bike every ride. Just had it rebuilt and mechanic said they still looked okay! Just a recommendation.
is 1 the fastest setting or is 9 faster?
The higher the number, the harder the hit and more power. It goes from standing still to full speed quick!
@@g2motocross330 thanks for your message. 🙏🏼 from the netherlands
An hour though. 😅
Thx for video, my handle on protaper perch for crf125fb has alot of slack I have to let the clutch almost all the way out before ut engages any way to make it so it engages while half way out I hate it right now. You moved 3 setting which setting sets the clutch ro engages sooner so it's not all the way out before it engages? Sorry I hope I explained that ok
Which one will fit a WPB 190cc?
Bro what’s the best setting to start pls 4?
5 or 6 clicks is a good starting point. Go up as your rider gets used to the bike!
How were you able to actually remove the perch?
Do you need pro tapers bars to install this ? Or can I put on stock ?
Nope these are stock bars!
do they have the mounting for the side mirror?
no they dont
nice video bro ❤
9 is vishes for a Lerner I've got mine set at 2ish and it's very plesant for a learner . A beginner.
Do you like the Yamaha yz65? This is my first year on the Yamaha and I LOVE IT 🤩🔥🔥
Grayson loves the YZ65! So far it’s been great!! Nothing bad to say about the bike at all 🤘🏼Hope you’re having a great summer on your bike!
does protaper have lifetime warranty on these levers? Thanks
I do believe so!
I’m the water truck driver epic to see you guys make it!
Ahhh sweet!! Keep up the great work, we hope to be back!!
That's really cool.... I've heard of I90 Mx but never saw it. Kids are killing it!!! ✊😎

Appreciate the support!! Thank you!!🤘🏼
I really like the yz 65 it’s sick 🔥✌🏼
It is a sick bike!! Thanks Radja 🤘🏼
Cool
Great job guys!!! 🤘😁
Thank you!! Hoping to see you guys soon 🤘🏼
I’m a newbe hear but if I went to 9 then 14 should the back wheel still feel like it’s dragging when it is turned off and it’s hard to start unless it’s on a stand brought it 2nd hand Does that mean clutch is stuffed Thanks Dean
It has never free rolled
They always feel like they’re dragging cold. You should start the bike on a stand (I use a milk crate) and let the bike start to allow the wheel to spin. It will spin a little always because of the internal clutch.
@@g2motocross330 thanks for getting back to me so Quick what if its just able to turn the engine over not like it’s direct u still feel it slipping I already have the clutch cover off now doing the water pump kit cause it ate the plastic one
Any chance you would you know the starter point for the mixture screw setting please and thank you for your time
(A
I remember running along side Brianna like that 🤣
I get my exercise at least haha!!
Wow he was so little in this video!!!
Found your Channel... Hi guys 🖐😁
Heeeeyyyyy!!! Love your videos, keep them coming!! 🤘🏼
I did adjustment butt the bike didnt go god after why?
There could be many reasons, first would be to check out your clutch plates as it sounds like you may have an issue not involving the "clicks" and setup.
More click o less click is for aswer of the thottle?
More clicks = hits harder!
Hi,how many clicks is the stock?
Factory settings is 9 clicks
@@g2motocross330 ok,thanks😎
Hi mate, his first ride on the KTM 50. What was the clutch set up? How many clicks? Thanks man
It was stock setup, I do believe around 8 clicks? Thanks for checking it out!
Great video thanks. For a beginner what would you recommend? What is the rpm range of the powerband?
Personally, I just kept it at stock settings and it still continues to be good for my 8 year old. He'll be getting a 65 soon, but we've had no issues with the bike. We change the transmission oil every 2 hours (it may seem overkill, but you have to keep the fluid fresh).
How old is he ?
Scott G Grayson is 7
Nice of you, fron know on he will never have money for drogs and other bad habits :))...What is your kid`s hight?
He is really tall, was 4'4" last June when we got this bike. He's now grown two inches! That's the goal, keep 'em out of trouble :)
Question - Why use the torx bit when the bolts are also 8mm heads?
Good question Josh! I don't have a clue. I think I wanted to make the job harder as it's very easy to do lol
Really informative!! Should make videos showing the difference out the gate
