Ma’am instead of comparing the number of PD and NPD….can’t we directly use the distance between the genes as reference for finding the type of linkage ? Because we know that if the distance between 2 genes is < 50 cM, they are linked and if the distance between 2 genes is > 50 cM, they are unlinked
