Thanks, good practical advise. I’m already doing more or less exactly what you describe in my organisation. It certainly is an excellent way to promote your own brand. PS the background lamp is too bright.

Thanks Sean, really love your overall framework, would love to be exposed to more of it! The section you did a deep dive on was fantastic - I've been using Things, Dex and Logseq for a while, so lots of congruence, although you're way ahead in terms of leveraging these in a coherent way.

just have had enough evidence to support it. it plays out on a time horizon that's longer and less predictable than folks think - it's not as systematic as people would like, which is perhaps why they don't do more of it. thanks for the kind words!

Life is a race. And another video Hurry is killing you. Life is really paradoxical isn't it? ;) When you stop hurrying and find own pace you suddenly go faster, you finally start thinking and seeing big picture instead of being lost in often unneeded details. Sometimes you stop thinking and you are able to let automatic way do its thing undisturbed naturally. Other time you let this way some great thoughts to finally get through. Often only righting something on your mind releases your brain power and takes away the constant strain of keeping it in back of your head. And never underestimate making a joke about what you encounter hard and overwhelming. This needless despair and kicking yourself is what shortens your life the most. Often you will be surprised how much you are capable of by just finding natural way of doing things without judging yourself and rating difficulty of things. Great respect for deciding for kids in 20s. Whatever you do what you cant do accompanied by own kids, maybe teaching them, maybe letting them teach you, is irrelevant. Your legacy is your bond with them and their realisation what you built together and share together only. We live in sick world where we dont create real bonds anymore. Our time is mostly sold out and lost in abyss not shared with anybody for real. We sell off own kids and their time to the abyss of strange world as well. Later surprised they come back with the abysmal look on their face. And it's a chain we continue, we inherited, a self perpetuating pathology amplified by our lack of imagination and adapting to world instead of building own better one. Forgetting we are here short and we are able to transform the world for ourselves and hold a different one in our minds.

The problem is how we define hard work. Many people are looking on how hard the work feels and not what was factually achieved. Work can quickly be perceived as (psychologically hard - but that is not how hard work should be defined. Inner resistance is a major culprit that is creating the perceived psychological burden. Acceptance of that what needs to be done and creating ambition in achieving things fast or in high quality takes away of the unpleasant feelings.

Sean, very nicely said.Simple, Succinct & Warm. I use a lot of frameworks as a consultant and I tell my clients that you must have a Framework before Work like building a building- once framework is done, then all else fits nicely. Frameworks like you said provides clarity and context for content to flow in.
