If you want it to look more like silly billy then you should probably just trace over the original animation, even though that could be called cheating it still looks better and you can learn from it aswell also try using smear frames
i did it on like, putting my software next to the cutscene, and i start copying the same poses it does, like 1 frame per frame
But, thats the reason why its called silly billy animation but *bad*
