What were you eating at Karens Place?

I have the 8x a month package through the active and fit discount so it’s 95 a month but I just put in my cancellation for orange theory lol I’ve been going for 6 months but with the new year influx of people scheduling classes have become difficult and I only book hours before a class to avoid having to cancel and getting a no show fee, I haven’t been liking the music since a lot of coaches stopped using their own playlists , and I’m also a bit over the high intensity vibe lol I would like a more relaxed environment so I’ve been going to the ymca which also offers high intensity classes but I can do them if/when I feel like it . I too enjoined my orange theory experience but it’s just time for something else . Great video 💕
