As an Australian let me just say people over exaggerate the wildlife danger so much like no kangaroo is gonna hop up to you and start beating the crap out of you most of the time they are scared of you and will hop away as soon as you make a noice. When it comes to dingos/snakes and crocodiles unless you live in the middle of nowhere your never going to see see any of them.
