Those Clorox Tabs should have stabilizer built in. Takes a little longer to build it up. It will build up over time, even over a few seasons. I’m unsure if you drain your pool at closing.

For your size pool, you need the big tablets, in a floater with at least 3 in there at all times. My pool is smaller than yours and I still use 3, 3" tablets. When they get about half size, I add another one on top. Nice pool! I wish we had a bigger one!
