Dr. Mulinazzi was in the Intro Engineering class and telling the freshmen about Civil Engineering. Luckily I was one of the students and I studied under Dr. Han and received my graduate degree. I feel very lucky and I am very grateful for what you did Dr. Mulinazzi! Thank you very much.

1:38:52... "That's my Sister!" 😂
Tom was the one that allowed/permitted/accepted me to attend KU, where I received two Masters, one in Civil, one in EMGT, both at Tom's suggestions. I even attended Univ of AL - Huntsville for a while, at his suggestion to continue on with my degrees. I attended the Univ of IL at Urbana Champaign, I did graduate with my BS in Civil and wasn't the best, struggled to pay for it, struggled to balance life and school, and in many ways didn't deserve to go on to attend KU in the Civil Masters program. He kindly and fairly let me enroll on probation, and that was just the ignition that I personally needed to continue in my career and excel. I only got one B at KU, all others were A's and attended for roughly 20 classes or 60 semester hours. Though he may not remember every engineer or person he touched, we will certainly remember him. I wouldn't have met my wife (that I met at KU) and family that came from that had he not given me the opportunity to be a Jayhawk. He is an amazing man, his meeting and acquintance to me was a highlight of my life. These words in this video and anything anyone writes here do not do justice to honor him, but we try our best. Tom, enjoy your time that you should take now for yourself.
Prof Mulinazzi was my adviser when I was in KU, I was not the greatest student in the department, I confused some courses, I struggled my collage my life, I could not find the meaning of my life, with a low GPA. The most important thing he taught me is how to deal with those difficult things in life. I feel blessed that he gave me those idea. Now I am a high school teacher and I also teach my students what Prof taught. I wish Tom keep health and have a good life in the next many years.
I always wondered how they pick the person to participate in the half court shot

One of the worst auto industry executives, also a very rich one! Sold Chrysler for a personal profit! Shame on you Eaton
I could listen to Joe Engle for hours. Seems like the kind of man who could clearly explain highly technical matters without trying to impress people with his intelligence.

Everyone is quick to give the krouts credit for swept wings but, the DC-3 has swept wings and it came out well before the war.
The obvious reason why Douglas isn't given credit for inventing swept wings for the purpose of improving high speed flight is because their reason for picking that planform had nothing to do with high speed flight.

A man like this is a nation treasure. At some points he appears to struggle and you can almost hear his brain shifting gears. He has so much knowledge and experience it is difficult if not impossible to give a dumbed down or quick answer. On any given specific, speeds, temps, gear, orbit .... literally hundreds of thousands of things. He could effortlessly branch off on any of them and give a masters level talk.

Biggest of congratulations to all my fellow graduates! Be proud, and even prouder for preserving through unprecedented times. Best of luck for all of us and our bright futures as engineers!
I love you Emily
Oh hey that's me
yooohooooo looking forward to study

35:47 If I was in a hypersonic rocket powered aircraft and the windows starting breaking I would panic. Joe Engle on the other hand laughs and hoped both side windows would have broke on him. Differnt breed these test pilots and astronauts. Best of the best!
