Aaron Parks metronome exercise transcription(excerpt from Noah Kellman's Jazz Lab)

In this video, I transcribed Aaron Parks demonstrating one of his metronome practice routines on standard 'Stablemates'. On Noah Kellman's Jazz Lab Ep.5, Aaron Parks shares his wisdom on practicing and playing jazz piano. Among the tips he gave that day, I was quite fascinated with this exercise, where he sets metronome and divide the beats in 3 and then counts it in 4/4, which is quite unique approach of practicing with metronome.
I tried to understand the process by just watching again and again the video, but quite frankly could not get it by heart although I thought I understood the concept in my brain. Transcribing the play and notating the metronome beats helped me understand this process thoroughly, and I'm currently trying to do this practice routine.
I hope this helps fellow jazz enthusiasts who are confused like me!

One Finger Snap(Herbie Hancock Cover)

I covered great Herbie Hancock's solo on One Finger Snap. Honestly I'm not totally content with the quality of my cover in this one yet, especially considering lack of distinct accents of Herbie's or having multiple wrong notes. But still, I wanted to post my best attempt at this moment to record progress and here it is. I will keep practicing this tune and solo for a while and maybe post again...

Check out this bluesy, funky recording by the Ray Brown trio! Pianist Gene Harris had this 'bluesy touch', which made his plays so exciting and enjoyable. It may not be so innovative or new, but I believe this kind of bluesy feeling is something that us jazz pianists do not want to miss.

(Transcribed sheet work-in-process, will be uploaded soon) This time I covered this beautiful version of Mr.Rob Van Bavel playing 'All the things you are', from his trio's 2006 album "Almost Blue". I played with the original record, trying to get in sync with the Dutch jazz piano maestro. Although I'm still not quite there, the process was definitely worthwhile and fun. Hope you'll also enjoy! :)

@MusicByTomas Thank you! I used logic pro, to first separate drums from other instruments and then transposed the instruments and added preseparated drum track!

사실 이 부분은 애런 파크스 본인께서 답해주시는게 정확하겠지만, 개인적으로 느끼기에는 꼭 메트로놈 떨어지는 부분에 액센트를 준다 이런 방식의 접근보다는, 기존에 2/4로 메트로놈에 두고 연습할때와는 또 다른 방식으로 feel을 가져간다는 방식으로 생각해보면 좋을것 같습니다. 2/4에 메트로놈을 두고 연습할때도, 2/4에 굳이 강세를 준다기보단 그렇게 메트로놈을 두고 의식했을때 만들어지는 자연스러운 swing feel을 체득하는것을 목적으로 했다면, 3박마다 돌아오는 메트로놈을 생각하며 연주했을때는 2/4에 뒀을때와는 굉장히 다른 feel(4박자 곡을 예로 들면, 좀 더 평상시에 프레이즈를 시작하지 못했던 곳에서 시작할 수 있게 된다거나 마디와 마디 사이를 보다 유연하게 넘나들 수 있다거나)을 가져갈 수 있습니다.
