Though, I have never met you or Ajna chechi personally, her remarkable, blessed life story has profoundly impacted me and I wish she were alive!!!! and I am having the book 'Divyakarunyathinte Vanambadi' and I have quickly gone through the book and I found it heart wrenching, emotional and I don't know what to say next! @@christophergeorget Dear brother, thank you for inspiring me. You're in my prayers. I humbly seek understanding: Why do many saints endure immense suffering? I trust God's wisdom, but struggle to grasp why He allows pain for devoted followers. Perhaps You could enlighten me? I thought on this and got an answer that is; Sufferings and diseases afflict both believers and non-believers alike. However, it's our response to adversity that transforms our lives. When we choose to love and trust God amidst hardships, rather than cursing or doubting, our lives become truly blessed and a proclamation to others Am I thinking on the right path brother? Forgive my limited understanding, Lord.

@@Aspirant-h2q Hi dear, you are right :) Out of my personal inspiration from God, this is what I have conformed to about sufferings. 1) Jesus knows everything before time, he is not limited by space, time or matter. So He knows what lies ahead for you after you endure successfully through it. Now success doesn’t mean death or life of your body, but your soul. It’s about whom you still look on to, hope for, love, share regardless of what you are going through. There is that true eternal life to which we are called to, so our focus being there, our chances of being there being completely in His merciful and just hands I will not stumble away from Lord on this Earth no matter what. 2 Corinth 4:17-18 “For this slight momentary affliction is preparing us for an eternal weight of glory beyond all measure, because we look not at what can be seen but at what cannot be seen; for what can be seen is temporary, but what cannot be seen is eternal.” James 1:12 "Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him". 1 Peter 5:10 "And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you". 2) Suffering is a higher calling, meant only for the chosen ones, may be whom the world calls cursed. Living in poverty is one way a suffering, Esho says it is I Who makes kings kings and the poor poor and that He will ask from them what is expected of them. No body dare to called them blessed or cursed. Saints asks for suffering not just physical pain or disease, but in the way of their living itself. Eg. priests, monks or nuns they take the vow of poverty, its a suffering. Ultimately it’s a prayer. Isn’t it said action speaks louder than words. Even the effort we put to take breath can be converted to a prayer. But for that we need grace and understanding from God. Psalm 141:2 “Let my prayer be counted as incense before you, and the lifting up of my hands as an evening sacrifice.” In this the Psalmist says about lifting up of hands, it’s a temporary but voluntary form of prayer through pain or suffering. God will receive it. Similarly there are many other ways you can take up pain or suffering or even through sacrifices like abstinence from those of the world so that the little glimpse of what you know about Heaven will taste sweeter or earth. 3) Your body, though there are many bible verses which gives least importance to it, is one of the greatest ways through which we can show our love to God, by taking up pain, sufferings, penance, sacrifices and offering them for the reparation of sins of oneself and this world, salvation of souls all for the love of God. It is when this once useless body becomes a perfect offering of prayer and such bodies are being venerated at holy places after their death, such bodies are being found in corrupted after centuries and centuries after their demise. “Glorify God in your body” (1 Corinthians 6:20). “We are to present our bodies as a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1) “and present our members not as instruments of sin but of righteousness” (Romans 6:13). There is no theology or theologian who could completely describe or comprehend sufferings, but seeing and learning from our saviour, yeah sufferings and sacrifices does make complete sense. Its up to us to feed this body keeping out of pain and sufferings and just rot to bones once buried or to endure pain and sufferings even voluntarily and be still living incenses of His love even if it is buried once after this earthly journey, just like our Ajna and many more.
