RED THAI CURRY SOUP
IT IS SOUP SEASON IN SOUTH AFRICA
This recipe was inspired bymy FOREVER MENTOR, Anita Scott and #jamieoliver and his #redthaicurrychickensoup.
I have made a simpler version making the RED THAI CURRY paste from scratch, and leaving out the chicken.
This #soup fights of #colds and #flu and is rich with vitamins.
The red thai curry paste can be kept in the fridge for up to a month and can be used to marinade and coat meats or in a everyday curry.

Easy Pankcake Bake inspired by Nadiya Hussain's recipe. Instead of using peanut butter, I used Caramel. this is a quick fun way to make pancakes and it is super delicious. Serve it with ICE CREAM!!
