OMG these designs are so cool!! i love how you described Salem Noir's feelings toward La Cinelle, and the Mei/La Cinelle/Emmet/Salem Noir dynamics in general, you can see the inspo from the dynamics of the og love square, but in your version it feels SO much more thought out and nuanced! 🐱⭐

As much as they are really pretty, they are far from realistic designs as NO WAY someone would animate that over and over again 😅 (Also, i can see how much they would butcher those designs on dolls)

I didn't make the effort to watch the movie or this animatied stuff. From the trailers and all I've seen. I was just creeped out. How can the design of a show go from "Wow nice" to "How is this graphic worse than that of a show from 15 years earlier?" G2 the art style was wierd, never got hands on these movies either and didn't plan to. I wanted to see G1 continue. Or at least, tell a different story, with different characters. Don't ruin good existing ones. Or a lot of things that don't make any sense. How is Witchcraft a human thing? What is a half-werewolf, a werewolf is a human who turns into a werewolf in full moons. Or as we saw in G1 in this universe, a Human with wolf ears and furr. Lagoona, is now a whole different species. The most interesting part, that Ghoulia did not speak in a language the audience could speak, is gone. And what is this kind of message in the whole movie except the last 2 Minutes or what, that you don't belong at MH if you're not a pure monster heart. So not a full monster. So Jackson and Holt would never come to this school. I can only say, I preferred when they showed their message the whole time and basically defended people getting bullied like Jackson. Than having a "moral of what happened and we were so wrong". That's such a cliché in my opinion.
