You forgot to close the one T gate valve at the green pump near the hose that the garden hose connects to.

You should have mentioned what number you should set the flow to.

Hello Jennifer, 1) do you need to turn off the return gate valve (white T knob) to drain by gravity whitout using the drain function or only when using the drain function? 2) Also, do you need to use the rubber expansion plug to block the hole beneath the skimmer basket to drain by gravity?

Yes Keith you can do that too but the Drain mode only last 30 minutes so you have to reset it as the swim spa won’t drain that quickly. This method is easier as you can just walk away and check back in a few hours.

Hi, I am about to drain my spa for the first time...What about using the Drain function in the Maintenance Mode on the Control Panel? Isn't that like a built-in sump pump?

How exactly do you balance Alkaline and PH? I was told the only products I needed were the Dazzle bromine tablets, chlorine shock and Mineraluxe Cube. My dealer said the Cube would balance PH and Alkaline but I am getting low readings for my Alkaline now. If that's not what is does can you recommend any products?

How often does this need to be done?

If you use the dazzle bromine tablets, the cube and the oxygen packet do you still have to shock your spa once a week with granulated chlorine?
