Hi guys stopped into Benaraby to see son and his family on the way up to Cairns to see a mate got muddies in the Boyne River. Nice trout good job Hayley have a go at ABC SWEET SOY SAUCE KECAP MANIS. and if you want crispy skin make sure the skin is really nice and dry also don’t wash or clean fish in fresh water it brings out all the ammonia out of the fish.if when you’re in or near fish market next time smell the ammonia in the air because of the ice. I put salt water slurry in my esky with ice good to see you guys again PS loved Cairns and we had fresh coral trout while there. Ian from Gerringong

I reckon because both batteries were the same voltage, your motor wasnt charging them. Once they get below 10 volts, most fuel injection computers stop running. Stack of top fish 🤙 I normally put the steamed fish on a plate, add the spring onions and fresh ginger, then tip the hot peanut oil on.
