My name is Jason Convry. I live and fish in the Virginia Beach area. I mainly fish the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay west to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel (CBBT), and inshore wrecks. I periodically get to go out offshore into deeper waters.
My goals for this channel is mainly to document my fishing and boating passions. Also, I’d like to grow it a bit in the future and have a more community based approach. There doesn’t seem to be a large fishing channel community here in Virginia Beach, so perhaps that will change one day.

Today I got to fish with a new angler out of Richmond named Tim. Conditions could have been much better, but we made the best of it!
I missed some action because of camera equipment shenanigans, but still managed some good footage to share the experience with you.

2024 Early Season Togging

I get to get out and brave the conditions for the early Tog season here in the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach. For me, tog action has been good all summer, but now that the cold water temps are here, I'm hoping for the big boys to start migrating in from offshore. I had to stay close to the bridge today, but I'm hoping to venture off further to some wrecks in the next couple of weeks!

Hey guys, I got to take my mom out and get her on some reds under the Lesner bridge. I didn't get a ton of great footage, but we did have some non-stop action. Hey guys, I put some footage together to show a great day on the water catching Tog and Sheepshead in the summer of 2024. The fishing was done at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel in Virginia Beach, Va in the Chesapeake Bay. We got on some great fish and had a blast. FYI I had to blur out some scenes to conceal the fishing location.

We had a great quick tog trip last week at the CBBT. Right now it seems like the tog are everywhere and hungry. I'd like to do more wreck fishing this Fall-Winter season, so this was a feeler. We had a great time pulling in some nice fish and definitely got broken off by some mystery bruisers! I thinks this was the Fall I caught over 50 fish in about 1.5 hours in the same spot. I was dual trolling with the pedal drive and doubling up several times.

Love the videos man! I've been doing a lot of kayak fishing down here in Louisiana. I'm coming to VA beach for a week starting next weekend. I would love to take at least one day to rent a kayak and fish. If I could only make one trip which area would you recommend? Weighing both good scenery and decent bite
