Carrie said she doesn't want to be a mentor. Bur ever since she was put into the headlining slot. Meaning she is the reason people are coming to the arena to listen. All of her opening acts say the same thing. After performing in front of Carrie or with her. They have changed how they perform, that is mentoring. Maddie & Tae said Carrie taught them a different way to perform. Carrie said they perform to the size of the crowd. Carrie said perform like the it is sold out, even if it is 10 people, those people deserve your "A" performance.

Easton was asked several times, why he accepted being opening act for Carrie on this tour. Easton said he changed how he performs after this tour. He no longer takes performing for granted. He saw Carrie performs likes her last one she ever do. And Carrie said to Easton your fans deserve your best performance every night.

Swon Brothers said they got a complete different Carrie then they knew before. The Carrie they know from back Oklahoma was fun loving. But the Carrie on this tour was all business on this tour. Carrie was :A: headliner she is. In other words, once you step on stage, goofing off is gone. You do your job and perform.

These two have some of the best harmonizing I’ve ever heard. Simply beautiful.

By Carrie inviting both Easton Corbin and Swon Brothers as opening acts for her "Storyteller" tour gave both a career boost to Corbin and Swon Brothers. They played to full arenas through out the tour. I, know this, because I went to two stops on the tour. And the arenas were packed for both Corbin and the Brothers, not just for Carrie.

I think it's more like he found out how much people really want to hear some "country" music with steel and fiddles. People bought her songs because she was singing old country with a few new ones thrown in. Memphis, Grandpa, Heads Carolina, Sugar Tree were so refreshing to hear again.

I was at this show. She was great. It happened so fast I was trying to take it in and enjoy seeing Danielle live for the first time.

I wish somebody would post a continuation of this. I sure like to know what Blake was saying about what he learned on The Voice. Maybe that he found a mega star???

Ok c'mon now, they have to have dated or at least liked each other, right?? Since Colbie and Tristan Prettyman are similar and Jason Mraz and Jason Reeves are similar, and Tristan and Jason M. dated and sang/wrote together, Jason R. totally seems like the Colbie's own Mraz.
