In case you care, the praise for Christmas Eve at Miller's Point (which I have NOT seen yet) is because of director Tyler Teorema's previous films HAM ON RYE and HAPPER'S COMET (short). Both are very arty with a touch of Robert Altman. Both are worth seeking out. Hope that helps. Best to yo both!

Brett & Mark, Thank you for going deeper on movie's director/filmographies i.e. Adam Macdonald (Out Come the Wolves) and Brett's shoutout to Backcountry which I just watched and was blown away by its unsparing aesthetic...plus the 2 leads were fantastic for a genre picture. Just a classic film I wii proudly share with friends.. Plus, now I have a new director to explore (will watch Out Come the Wolves and his other feature Pyewacket)....Thanks guys!!!

Hey Brett, it’s your Twitter buddy Nelson. Just walked outta this. I really liked it and appreciated it. But I gotta say, the twists and turns are pretty obvious? Are people surprised by where it went? I called that right away. So when I kept hearing about twists, I didn’t really see any. I knew right away that it was basically a (SPOILER SPOILER) what if the woman was the bad guy movie. Which I appreciated! It’s nice to see a movie that says what if we shouldn’t believe all women. Cuz ultimately that’s what it’s doing.

I am surprised you guys dug I saw the tv glow. I thought you guys were gonna dunk on it. This film is divisive from the other reviews I've watch. This is on my list.
