I heard Kryon speak about talking to the body in 2022. I was in soooo much pain. I chose to experience holistic misalignment before coming back to gain a massive perspective 😅😅🫠 I had no clue what it meant to talk to my body… so I literally did that lol. I have faith that I’ll be able to finish aligning my spine in the next few years because of what I have learned and now understand about this process 🥰 I want to share that the decisions “change, stay the same” at the cellular level are inspired by changes at the conscious level. This would be during your experiences. If you are focusing on a specific body part, there will be a cycle attached to it. It’ll begin to feel like “Groundhog Day”. Once awareness of the cycle is gained, then it becomes about self mastery in the cycle ❤️‍🔥🙏 as you feel yourself react, begin working with this through observation and retrospection to gain the perspective that is aligned for you. It can take time and is trial and error for sure 🤪 again, “Groundhog Day” Eventually there will be an “ah ha!” Moment when one realizes how to stay centered in the experience instead of pulled by the emotions ❤️‍🔥🙏 This year I chose to put a massive intention on alignment. I have two curves in my spine amongst other imbalances from front to back. All the way through my body. As I began activating muscles that have definitely been offline for a while I began being triggered and traumas started bubbling to the surface. I’ve realized this life, remembered this life, recalled from other lives (especially one that we could consider future 🥹❤️‍🔥🙏) and have been give names of past lives. When that happens I look into them and discover their trauma and process it from there through this life and anchor it in. When I respond in alignment instead of reacting and being pulled out by emotions, whatever space I opened up to work on slams into alignment. Sometimes I cannot stand at all the way I did the day before. Some days it’s like I wake up in a completely different body 🥰 This really works! I was completely locked up and in excruciating pain. Now the excruciating pain is barely a scream in one space that pipes up… and it’s where my inner child is 💜 and everything else is bearable to work through 🙏 I ask Source for help when the activations in my DNA are going insane. Growing pains 😩😅 and I always always always receive “Healer, heal yourself. My Grace is sufficient enough.” And so it is, so I do 🥹❤️‍🔥🙏 I will be sharing more on this soon, but approach this from the mental, emotional, behavioral, and physical and you Will See results. A mind-body connection is imperative for self-mastery ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 for the greatest memory resides within the DNA of the cells, the brain is merely a processor ❤️‍🔥🙏🥹🥹 ** edited to add that Dr. Bruce Lipton’s video about the Attitude of Gratitude is phenomenal and explains the telomeres perfectly in a pretty easy to understand way. Everything has to do with perception ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
