Is there a big difference between the US and Chinese made Red Stripes?

Very curious about this I’ve been making smudge sticks out of it and I think I’m gonna try some other uses! I’ve always had crazy ass dreams and I can see my dream before I fall asleep. I don’t know what it means but I’ll close my eyes and I will see I could be in a room or looking at a building. It’s never anywhere that I recognize. but maybe this would enhance it. I do sometimes realize I’m dreaming and I can do whatever I want, but I usually end up doing something very decadent lol😂

Does the amp have a loud ass humming sound when not playing anything on the lead channel? Or is it just the bandit I have?

Tube Dynamics works only on the clean chanel. Make it distort at lower volume.

Red Stripe gang we still out here. Tube Dynamics all the way up cuts the circuit out completely. All the way to 10% causes it to act the most like a tube amp. I think of it as the Fender knob.

I truly love mine to the end of time! I bought a Mesa Boogie Mark 4 and a 212 cabinet and the only problem with it is that I have a Bandit red stripe. I sold the MB and still have my red stripe. Nothing can touch it.❤️

I'm 54. Back when we had Peavey amps as kids, black metal wasn't even a thing lol. I had a Bandit 112 at some point and parted ways with it. After watching this video, I wish I would have kept it. You did a really fucking phenomenal job with this song. At the 1:32 mark, I was like, this is old school Dimmu Borgir! Its fucking excellent man. It has to be excellent because I don't write comments about shit ever. This made me comment because it's that fucking good. I wanted you to know that I appreciated it. Fuck yeah dude!

Not swap the speaker? I dunno ........... I went to a Swampthang once & it just made it sound bigger & palm mutes were biggger & beefier. It was like my little Sleeper. Played a gig once, other guitarsit had a big Crate Blue Voodoo halfstack, & heres me with this little box on my side of the stage .... At one point I walked out & from the middle we sounded even. he didnt have any more low end or fullness than i did.

Lookin at a redstripe now locally for 175 ...I love the look of the silver stripe is where Im stuck. Red is my least fav color in the whole world. Sounded really really good though.

😂 really great that video. I also own a red stripe and play it every week with my band, had already a lot of different and great gear coming and going but the peavey is still woth me. However i must confess, i changed the speaker in mine but still have the original also.

I have this amp. It only works when I have a patch cable in the fx loop for some reason.

I like that they give you the little grippy things unattached to the pedal so you can put them exactly where you want them to be

I bought one about 10 months ago and haven't even tried it out yet. I'm gonna do the volume mod, bridging a resistor so it's working fully how it should. I like that is has such precise control over the sound. I have a boss eq pedal, but the caline just has that fine tuning that the boss pedal can't achieve. It cost me £37 from china when I bought it. Good value for money in my opinion

I just got this amp today at my local pawn shop in Florida and plan on using it for gigs once I find other musicians for a band or at least to jam with. My first REAL amp and not a shitty practice amp with low wattage. Hail Satan!

Funny story, not this red stripe but the newest one. When I had it, it actually caught fire because the amplifier itself had some problems with it. Seems to be a normal problem with the newest model. Ima get a red stripe probably haha

EQ in the effects loop is a winner!! I wish amps came with 10 band eq onboard already.

I'd forgotten how Peavey Red Stripe Bandit had been revered throughout history by such giants as Einstein and Edison. I worry about launching it into space... if aliens got ahold of this tech the consequences could be bad... most likely a catastrophic glich in the space time continuum as they've most likely arrived via wormhole...

Ive got a peavey studio pro 112 redstripe, essentially the same with a different label and maybe one or two different effects. Its a great amp and the only amp i use for my guitar, and sometimes my basses

Haha. The amount of difference between a $5000 tube amp and this amp is within 8%. Speakers and Cabs are way more important. Drunk bar listeners have no idea. You can hear differences in the headphones monitoring from the desk, ou might feel a slight difference in your fingers as you play, but not enough to spend 5x as much. Practice and get better.
