P r o m o S M ✌️
Very nice, congrats! What I don't understand is that here you have an orthodox stance, whereas in the Las Vegas 2023 clip you have a southpaw stance. Have you channged, or you're able to switch the stance based on your opponent?
Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. I had to look back for myself. I am originally orthodox, but do switch : 1. If tired :)😅 2: when advantageous- I find that when I am in southpaw, I am more defensive, and I can rely on my jabbing right hand, which has more power, but I’m not as fast on my feet in south paw position. when I switch to Orthodox -this seems to be my attack mode, and I can move faster and load up my right power hand. As you can see in my Las Vegas fight: First round, I was orthodox. Second round, I switch to southpaw and managed to score a knockdown with a right overhand/hook. Third round. I started off southpaw again, but my opponent was bull-charging me. Honestly, I had no intention of being aggressive as I was ahead and just wanted to coast along defensively. However, my opponent was showing aggression so I decided to switch back to orthodox and finish off. ua-cam.com/video/nYLsQU04uCg/v-deo.htmlsi=4BSZ4-8UV4WRzpWM
@@spinachleach Thank you so much for your kind and comprehensive explanation! Good luck in your future fights!!!
What weight division was this?
173-178 lbs class
Quick hands 💪
Wasn't a real knockdown, guy was off balance.
Bro tripped. Good movement tho!
Beautiful slip counter!
Light sparring with gym buddy-starting with purely defensive rounds then exchanges in the latter rounds.

Looking strong, Saneer! If I could say anything, try to cut off the ring by sidestepping instead of following them around. Use your jabs to close the distance and pressure into a corner. Then unload combos when they’re trapped. I wish you the best of luck!!
I can only take credit for the video… the guy in white gear is Frank
@@spinachleach Omg! I totally thought the white gear was you! Like wow you’ve transformed! 🤭🤣
My fantastic gym buddies putting in some disciplined work. ❤🥊 (Featuring Frank, Devin and Steven)
thanks for posting this!!! im 35 and just started 2 months ago saw ur post on reddit.
Personally I think his stance is too wide. A full weight haymaker could throw him off balance especially if he blocks it.
Nice work! It's cool watching your training progression, and how it paid off. I see you applying what you practiced in your training videos, excellent! Thanks for taking the time to share your training. Keep working! 💪😁🌴🥊
Looking for a bout 65 to 75 year old fighter 130 pound
Sir, Firstly salutations! If you are in the US please see this website: usamastersboxing.com/
Thank you
How old Are these two fighters
At time of fight: Red 43 and Blue 49 or 50
@@spinachleach Awesome fight
When is this coming to the UK?

What were their ages?

This was a nice, high level exchange! Your duck, counter and pivot out vs my lead right, block counter while redirecting away. Nice one
Yes. It didn’t get past your defense and you were deft at pushing me away so I could not do much. I’m picking out good stuff in our sessions that misses the casual first glance and that folks would miss because it all happens so fast. Glad to work with you buddy!! Hopefully this will inspire more people 🥊
@@spinachleach Thank you Saneer! Yes! I look forward to more of these! ❤️

Doctor vs. Nurse both with a very high boxing IQ
Take off your musk... for your health
This was during the peak of pandemic. Gym rules. According to situation. Thanks

take your mask off you look like a fool
Lol adjust the bag dude.. its to high.. ohh maybe ur training to fight a basketball player lol
Its not so high, but it may be a 10 cm lower. Anyways overally if you wanna train defense and offense with the bag, you need it in the height of ur head, so you can actually try to dodge
Really happy for you mate. Well earned win
Thank you 🙏🏻 🙂
Please watch in slo-mo at 0.25 replay speed-at least 1st round . landed on target round1: 36 punches ;round 2 - 23 punches And round 3 : 39 punches- 98 punches landed on target in 4.5 minutes Being an amateur fight it was purely quantity (for points) over quality (limited but blue’s restrictive offense- grabbing/holding/pushing etc) .
Guy in blue was totally outclassed.
Outclassed is a little stretch. He lost but it was a good fight from a beginner perspective from both sides.
Going out in a heavy offence right from the moment go isn't a good strategy until you're sure that you have the gas tank for it, which you simply wouldn't in your first bout. The guy in blue was composed, kept his calm despite receiving an aggressive offence. So he was dominated, but WASN'T OUTCLASSED.
Please watch the fight in slo-mo. Preferably 0.25 speed . At least first round. Thanks
Sorry starts at 2 minutes. Forgot to cut out the early part.
Took a good left jab to the ribs today from the southpaw ouch 🤣☝️
Minutes 6-14 Coach is sparring someone else. I resume at minute 14 ish… (can skip forward with double jabs on screen) 😀
Cool down drill after sparring
Coach: Martin O’ Malley (former amateur turned-pro; now retired from pro fights but coaching)
Small sample of my double end bag workout. Can keep varying depending on the focus.
For Full 4 minutes dill - see my channel. Thanks 🙏🏼
Don’t forget to keep your guard up (both hands)
i also did spar with my coach, the only difference is that i was on the ground suffocating.
Clips from first few rounds (out of 8) and then final round where I got beat up. Shows how important it is to pace yourself and not ‘gas out’ 😅
Longer clip here : ua-cam.com/video/y5ZiwL8LgcY/v-deo.html
Not the best clip .. we worked for 45 mins or more without leaving the ring. Lots of drills
Lets go champ great stuff bruva 👊👊👊
Thank you! I have 60 minute session with Coach tomorrow again. Will upload fresh content. He thinks I’m making progress 😊
Work it bro looking sharpe my man 💪
Looking good bruva 🙌
Thank you.🙏🏼
Hard to keep up with a former professional boxer with an impressive record…but lucky to have him training me- (Martin O’ Malley)
