I have to listen to this video a few times or more because I'm trying to understand it.. my messed up child hood from even before birth from talking to family my parents arguing why mom was pregnant with me. Question Is it possible that my child hood trauma started even before I was born just wondering... meaning why my mother was pregnant with me my Grammy blaming my mom for getting pregnant n constantly arguing with her n my father... ? I ask because I really don't know... thank you for sharing this information... I will get to the point of understanding it all do to I'm determined to unpack all the shit that happened to me as a child as I've been remembering a lot the more I dig to know why I react to section things like why is it I react to sex in a negative way n think it's dirty and then I have to take a shower in as hot of water as I can to try and wash it away... because I feel I've done something wrong... Luke eak.. I know why sex or isn't support to be a inky feeling it's supposed to be a beautiful thing between two consisting adults... however for me because was molested as an 11 year old till I was 16years old n ran away from home. And then was in a bad marriage where he demanded sex from me n would force himself on me at my word NO. I got away from him and the last relationship I was in that I recently walked away from he didn't like to be told no to sex and it got so bad that I would have to just leave the home n go somewhere like a friend's until he went to work but that didn't stop him he said he had every right to sex with me n touch me if he wanted to that he was with in his rights because we were engaged he would say he's got every right to violate my body even after a Dr orderd saying Dr was It's actorating about telling me n him no sex for six weeks n long story short it didn't matter what If i sad no he became forceful n touch me violating my body and would call me all sorts of ugly names like I was mean he'd even say I was posest because it got so bad with him it was ok for him to want sex but if I did he controlled that to he always say no to me n when I finally flipped the scrip and started telling him no like he did me I become mean, I've changed to being the worst human ever he went as far as telling me that I abandoned him after I left him n that I changed unto a hateful human being... how does one get over or heal from such trauma?? I've been trying to heal myself from not just my childhood tramas but now also my adult trauma... and child hood trama.. so that I can have better relationship with the right one... how dose one set healthy boundaries and stand by them so people can't treat me like a door mate I'm weak in the boundaries section do do I was never thought this as I was growing up...could someone please help me... I'm open minded to Is techniques to do to grow a back bone and stand up for myself... until I learn these things I Refuse to get into any serious relationship... I know I need help so I'm trying to reach out... for anyone who may read all of this please no negative feedback thank you..only positive feedback please I'm serious about my healing... this isn't a joke by any means... thank you for listening it means
