It’s so weird hearing Wayne talk since it’s so different than what I thought with his vocals but the dude was still an absolutely killer musician and he’s still missed to this day
Yes I absolutely love static-x my dad played them when I was younger don't remember but I found out about them in 2020 start of quarantine and since then listened to them my absolute favorite album from Wayne is his pighammer album Wayne inspired me to play guitar and it's means a lot to me that Wayne and his music my me feel like idk how to explain it just Wayne in general means a lot to mean like his music love it he really inspired me and it's sad that he passed away I wish he was still alive so I can watch him live and keep dico evil love u Wayne
WDT is one of my top 10 favorite albums of all time, sitting in the upper 5 for sure. Their sound was simple, unique, heavy as fuck, and easy to just groove and jam out to. I fucking miss Wayne and while I love the band is still releasing his previously unheard stuff, it doesn't feel the same without his energy behind it.
Aw man that is awesome. I've been trying to figure out the harmonics on the verse of trans is the motion forever. And from the man himself just shown me.
DUde's hair is like a granpa Grood i never watched that movie and i neer heard this band if i had to choose: I'll listen to this band. not my style but i like how chill they are about the process
Too bad this joker used popular local bands to draw for him and took all the money. Wayne didn't draw one fan. It was all the local bands he used.. while he sat in his bus , got high as shit and gave everyone a terrible show. Anoxia, at the recher theatre MD
I never got into the Nu-Metal, more into classics like Sabbath, and Judas Priest. I knew who Static-X were but not familiar with the material. Seen a couple vids... watching this was cool. Wayne seems totally chill, maybe I was expecting a Durst type persona. Pleasantly surprised, the dude seems real chill, like you could talk to him if you ran into him somewhere, that he wouldn't be a cunt, and blow you off. RIP Wayne.
…and this is why growing up as a teenager in the 90s was so fucking boring as a musician. I wasn’t even that good, but I at least tried, and when every guitar player was trying to play like these guys, it made forming a band essentially impossible.

Really phat upload. Thank you for sharing! #ripwaynestatic
Que joya
I don't know why some people criticize Koichi's english at first. He speaks English better than most people at his proficiency level
So cute to hear them say guitar isn't the main focus, then throughout the years they pivoted to more and more gnarly solos. Such a fantastic band!
I miss his music so much, and I don't mean that new "dope shit" either
Wayne was a great human with a beautiful soul. Great video thank you very very much for sharing it with the world.

RIP Wayne. 🙏
RIP Wayne. I found the splitting of the chords between two guitars on love dump really interesting
Huge fan. Was heartbroken when Wayne passed. I think Edsel is doing justice to the live show though,
This is a cool video, nice to see them in a casual setting talking music, RIP Wayne, always missed
full shit...two great media gutar-loosers...
NICE STUFF👹

A little Korn in some of those riffs, very cool.
These guys are just plain cool. Bro’s hanging out playing riffs, like it should be. R.I.P Wayne

Посидели, почистили рыбу, пожевали хлеба... Юрий осуждает
Progressive metal is f* bullshit guys!
Great interview. Thanks for this upload.
0:50 - Spot on. Two guitar players always sound better live.
This is some gold preserved.

great musicians
I wonder how their hair smells.
У меня сомнения о ихней способности играть 😂

RIP Wayne, you will always be a legend.
24 years ago 😊 did they not have noise gates and compression back then? Love me some Wayne and static R.I.P.
Genius musicians

First time I've ever heard Wayne speak, I wasn't expecting him to talk like that lol.....I was expecting way deeper from static x's vocals lol

Dude as a musician I can totally appreciate this approach but this could be a parody on the 90’s SNL. These guys rock though. Lol
Genius.
Hasta al cielo pal compa Wayne 🍻👆🏽☁️

This is like listening to the stoner teen brag about how he did it before hendrix. Very profound guys
Shit Wayne, we miss you
нихуя не понятно, но очень интересно!
The "Bled for Days" riff is so fucking tight and has been in my mind since the 90's when BCN in Boston played the hell out bands like this.
Thats a split power chord it was done before Statik X by jimmy page other players.
