This error is caused by water getting into the watch. Mine did this too after I was in the pool and had it on me in the water. The contact end of the display ribbon cable and the motherboard connector are oxidized. Therefore, the display's touch sensor does not work. The watch must be taken apart and the oxidation thoroughly cleaned. After that, if the display works properly, the display must be glued back with T7000 glue.

So for me the only way I've managed to fix it is via a hard reset. Luckily I had notifications turned on which did wake it long enough to get in settings and perform a hard reset. Once I did a hard reset and synced the watch it's working absolutely fine again. Originaly though it was a hardware fault.

Guys, be aware if you just bought the band and it's not turned on, it comes with 0% battery so you have to wait for like 30min to make the screen on.

Plug it into your charger And let it to charge for 30 min to 1hr the band will start working .
