Asia adventure camping small bikes
Thailand
Приєднався 28 кві 2020
We are the "Jollyboys" we live in and around Thailand. We pack up, and ride the small roads and forgotten trails.
Small cc bikes it's all at a leisurely pace and with frequent stops. We camp overnight having our own camp chef and experts in outdoor adventures. We complete tours around Saraburi and recently toured the entire border of Thailand .We've also been to Cambodia, through its jungles and back from Shan State Burma.
Our aim is to be self sufficient and therefore we carry everything we need for a long duration on the wild.
We have training weekends for people who are completely new to these activities from bike riding to living in the wild.
Our bikes are modified to carry everything we need including being our power source.
We have trips every month if you're interested in joining either male or female please let us know. We are on Facebook the link is below.

Переглядів 266Місяць тому
Our recent visit to NK Racing in Bkk allowed us to upgrade the Ct125 and Wave 125i The Ct125 received major upgrades including a racing cam, air inlet pipe. Timing chain, clutch spring kit and many more. However the performance of the bike was greatly improved with a HP increase of over 3HP. Torque obviously increased alongside it. Fast acceleration and a much higher top end speed of 120kph on ...
Tough Trail in Kaeng Khoi
Переглядів 90Місяць тому
Group ride Saturday to find a small lake nestled in between mountains. Accessible from a clay trail coming into it for several kms. Trails lead off in all directions and one that leads around the shoreline on the right hand side. Tyre marks for a few hundred metres before disappearing into a single trail. Most of the trail was under a thick canopy which meant it was very hot and humid there. So...
Try doing something different.

This weekend the main group had to cancel it's trip to Petchsbun because of family and personal sickness. However some of the group still got out there and carried on the adventure.

In my return home I thought I would just stop and check on the update of this Prasat. Looks like progress is being made but probably stopped due to the impending rains.

@@AKHOM26 lol yea it was hot
Some nice puddles there!Fun!
@@jackvanstrien Yea some deep ones a metre just over.
Fun ride on my fun bike 😂😂😂😂
Great ride! Great skills too! 😎
Looks amazing. Wish I could buy such a rack in the UK!
Yea useful idea mainly for the food delivery people. But we use them too as normal carriers. Cause they're cheap and waterproof. Plus you can take it off and use the standard rack if needed.
Thanks for posting
Very nice
Nice video my freind
Thanks mate.
Nice one
Is there any protection for your phone as such
Only switch off when it's fully charged.
The panels are flexible and held in place with velcro strips on the lid and panel base, so they can be removed.
What a light travel! Awesome 🥰
Thanks mate. Cheap too. These good boxes are about 5 English pounds and available in many different sizes. This I see the 64litre so pretty spacious.
Which part of the phl are you in mate?
Thanks for sharing, mate 😀.
Anytime
Nice sharing my friend
Yea I try to keep going, if I add or find some new stuff that could be interesting.
How did you lift the front shocks? Thanks
There is an adapter which screws onto the bottom of the existing rod. It allows the shock to extend up and down . I've put this adapter link on another page I've done.
You are done perfect reviewed for an accessory kit stuff cheers mate.
Nice bike, what did you do to lift your shocks?
There is an adapter you can buy which screws into the base of the shock that lifts it and gives more travel.
Nice sharing my friend
Just bad audio
Happy weekend my friend
You too matey
big mistake to remove front fender ,,all the mud gonna cover the cylinder head and gonna extra heat engine block for can not cooled down. it's simple air cooled engine,,only way to cool engine is air flow ..asap put something to block mud reach ur cylinder head era.
I've not had any issues with that yet. But then I don't go through really bad mud trails. This is certainly better than having it bottom out all the time and denting the mudguard as it was before. Even with the risers it was happening so this cured that problem. Maybe stiffening the shocks might help but then I'd lose the soft ride it gives me now. A bit of dirt on the engine I can deal with.
I've also got a Wave110i which is air-cooled. I took this up part of the Ho chi Minh trail where we got into mud over a metre deep. Hard work but again no issues. As long as you don't thrash the engine for hours on end there's no problems. These engines were designed for extreme use here in SE Asia. The locals barely change the oil let alone wash them and they're still going 20 years plus. For me I stop every hour let it cool down then carry on. So far no problems. Just keep changing the oil and it loves it.
How much are these bikes in Thailand if you dont mind me asking? Can you take bikes out of the country if bought in Thailand, can you bring to cambodia easily?
About 86000 Thai Baht. Seems like many have been taken overseas.
@@asiaadventurecamping thanks for reply, I really want one ! 👍
With all the gears, may I know what's the fuel consumption (on average) like? Thanks in advance 😀.
None of it is really heavy. I went there and back on a full tank with fuel still left. So I'm saying probably around 360 to 380km.
Thanks for the info 🙏
No worries. I think people are expecting nice shiny mine signage but unfortunately the reality in Cambodia is that there are so many mines that they just cant be all indicated by nice signs. Certainly we saw all these markers in the video along the trails. After taking shelter in an old house one evening in the jungle we heard the familiar pop of a mine going off at about 20.30. Some local cow or buffalo had stumbled onto one.
Nice Set Up.
Thanks!
What’s the bag on the front rack ? You have a link for that ?
Yea I recently got that bag. It's my admin bag, got all the stuff I need to hand when out on a camp. The usual stuff like kfs, cables, wash kit, battery packs. I've put the link below. I've done a quick review on it. I'll put that up soon. a.aliexpress.com/_mMjlpsY
Great jobs pete.
I just did the video you did the repair lol.
Nope. Wave 110i in UK too. I had the similar bike in that colour scheme.
Great bikes.

I make sure everyone is carrying the correct license and bike paperwork. We keep a copy in a file for out of country rides and help people if they need assistance with their bikes.
Very poignant, well done guys.
Important to remember.
Que moto más espectacular, muy buen trabajo, estoy mirando esa moto para comprarla en breve de ocasión, cual me aconsejas? Cilindrada, carburación, inyección,de que año son buenas...? Gracias de antemano
I would always get an Efi engine now and forget the carburettor. Several reasons why. 1. Fuel economy is much better. 2. Virtually no maintenance. 3. Regulated by the bike ECU From my perspective, when I've been riding on certain trails very fine dust is sucked up through and into the carburettor and into the cylinder. It can cause a lot of damage as you can see in the newer video of the red Suzuki Smash. I'm not saying it doesn't happen with the Efi but I've never had any problems.
Muchas gracias
Excellent jobs.
Yea it's a bit better than the shorter mudguard. Fitted quite easily.
Where can I get this adapter kit?

It will look great when you mount it up there. Nice bike, wish we could have it here in Greece. Have fun , good evening.
Wow wow...i am really excited to see how it looks after your mods. The honda innovas are 125cc here in europe , at least in Greece where i live. I had 2 so far( the first was stolen ). Is there any chance you can share links from the extras?? I am very interested in the front metal base where you mounted the spotlights and the tool bag( i see a honda sticker so i will search it on internet) and the rear metal base where you mount the fuel tanks. Thanks in advance , i will watch and study the video many times. Have fun always.
Yes I'll find the bits I bought to do it. The rear fuel containers was made by one of our guys but I'll do a more in depth video on that and how he did it. The whole thing actually comes off with just 4 bolts. I just choose to leave it on. It's very tough. Even when the bike has been dropped it doesn't do anything. The front rack is just slightly modified to make it more useable. Again very cheap and I'll try find the link.
merhaba. hangi ülke video izliyorum çok güzel. arkadaşım fiyat kaç dolar. Ben de Türkiye 🇹🇷
The location is central Thailand and the cost in dollars is about 2500.
For the head light, use h4 led bulb, yellow color, no more than 4500kelvin, yellow color gives u the best vision , white led will make ur eyes tired, + led will consume less power.
Good call.
Where’s Rab
Been naughty lol

Thanks for sharing❤ but this content does me little to no good, would be nice to know where you got those running lights because I've never seen the ones that attach to the indicators? Link please!
see you again in your next vedeo
555 food panda box 😂
Hello brother ❤🎉😊 I like your shears 🎉❤😊
Lol really.
wont it be better if one container on each side of the bike,
No you got the full exhaust system on the other side and no space. I find it's well balanced. Probably because of the exhaust weight.
👍👍👏
👍👍
Well done guys, great effort and I look forward to joining u on future trips. Have a safe great trip home.
Absolutely send me a message on the fb site.
Nice looking area
