Glade that you liked it at Loren Station. We love it out there. Thanks for your great video. We’ve been there three times so far.
@@michaelgoetzke3422 it was awesome out there 👍
Nice
@@ChristIsKing559 thanks so much.
The best and worst thing about the 70 series, so much money to spend on them to make them livable, but so much fun doing it. Congrats.
Thanks mate much appreciated, and yes that’s true but it’s a beast and a long term car for us. Thanks for your support!
@@joellewis8320 absolutely correct 👍
Nice
Thanks for watching.
Drifta do custom draw systems, very high quality.. well worth checking out
Awesome thanks so much, we’ll check it out 👍
Lightning Ridge New Chum miner here enjoy your stay , think its hot now just wait till January :) Believe it or not a few years ago Grawin flooded out completely . You can tell by the mullock heaps one must shift a lot of rock chasing the opal. The two main dumps you saw have been there for decades and just keep getting higher,.
@@TheSilmarillian Grawin flooded? That’s crazy.
Hey guys, do you remember what campspot this was? Cheers
@@fowlfarmer7967 Hey, I can’t remember exactly but it was on the beach right down the end, unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it’s we were smashed by mosquitoes, midgees and those March flies, we all came up in big welts.
Sounds very noisy tho
Yeah it’s not as quiet as a Honda mate, but for the price it goes great. And where we will use it will be remote anyway so no dramas at all, thanks for watching Mick
good shit
Cheers mate! Appreciate your support
@@lifestyleadventures7327 mate and i went out there about 10 years ago amazing cheers
@@anthonygeiger3369 yeah it’s a fantastic place, can’t wait to go back there!!
What’s the thoughts 8 months on bro? I’m on the verge of ordering one
Hi There, We love the fridge/freezer, can’t fault it at all. Adrian
Hello, nice to meet you. You got a fantastic sunrise shot! Loved it. We enjoyed following you along on your adventures. All the best Chelsea and Mike
@@thevigarfeeling thank you so much, we really appreciate your support. Hopefully our part 1 video of our trip will be out this weekend.
Sorry guys, the music was way too loud for me to continue to watch
Sorry to hear that mate, hopefully the next one won’t be so loud. We used a new editing software
How much did it cost
I like the connector but watch out for dirt roads and gravel breaking the white pipe
@@MaxMorris-God thanks for the tip, will do.

@@rt-ks2bh awww thanks so much, we absolutely love the van.
Too true my bro… no pies like Kiwi pies back home.
Great video guys, We`ve got the same Frost 13 but haven`t had a chance to set everything up yet. A question on the electric awning. To set up annex, do you extend the awning out to its maximum?
@@peterhavelberg6541 we extend to almost the maximum and then to fit the anti flap kit you’ll need to come back in for a snug fit. Hope this helps.
I enjoyed your video on the Arctic Frost but I have a Pajero Mitsubishi 3.2 ltr diesel and I wondered how your Pajero Sport towed the Frost Hybrid as it must be around 2.5 tons at least when towing unless you tow with empty water tanks.
It’s usually empty when we tow unless we go off grid, it’s certainly near its max capacity which is 3100kg
It looks like you have the real deal, mine is the Chinese version. It appears your altitude function actually works, while mine seems to be for show. The thermostat function is invaluable, it makes all the difference for this type of heater. The previous commentor is right, these heaters are worth their weight in gold. Mine saved my butt this past winter when my electric heater couldn’t keep up. It was -14°F (-26°C) outside and the electric heater couldn’t get the temperature above 44°F (7°C) inside, so that’s when I installed my diesel heater. It wasn’t the easiest in those temperatures, but it was worthwhile when it dropped to -36°F (-38°C) outside before windchill. My 5kW diesel heater had no trouble keeping the temperature where I wanted it inside, even with single pane windows. I think you’ll like yours if you haven’t used one before. I have the same remote as yours and the M button works as a mode button, but yes your settings are retained by the display unit. Hopefully your clock keeps better time than mine if you’ll end up relying on it for heater operation (on/off at specific times). I also hope you are able to get off-road diesel in your area to save some money. That seemed like an odd area to put the display unit, but I suppose it makes sense since the floor area will be the coldest and that will contribute to your overall comfort. My old trailer has a 40-degree difference between the floor and ceiling during the winter, meaning that while the ceiling it is usually 70°F (21°C) or so, it is below freezing on the floor. Of course the trailer was also built before man landed on the moon so it’s more of a fair weather camper 😁 I’m sure yours is MUCH better. I enjoyed your video!
Thanks heaps mate, wow that sounds really cold! I think our diesel would freeze in that temp. Thanks for the support we really appreciate it!
they are worth there weight in gold brother!!
100% man so good ay
designed in NZ = pine macro larch willow soft wood ...... Aussie hardwood is a different beast id get a bigger sledge hammer and def anchor the unit .... she be apples then nice unit tho
Yeah brother that’s exactly right! You’re spot on there.
Great info, thanks guys
No worries thanks for watching
Ok just saw you’re not from QLD…lol. I lived in the Northern Rivers for 12 years, Lismore and Ballina
@@jenlaw398 we certainly love the Northern Rivers 👍
Hey guys, thank you for doing this video and others. We have watched them all and they convinced us to buy Arctic. We just purchased the Frost 15 from Kyle also. Such a nice guy. Nothing was a problem for him. All being from Queensland we should start an Arctic club. I can see it now, camp grounds loaded with Arctic campers….lol
@@jenlaw398 Kyle and the team are fabulous, would love to have an Artic weekend, where are you located?
@@lifestyleadventures7327 slighty further away from you. We’re up at Chinchilla QLD..lol. Would probably need to make it half way. We ordered our camper just last weekend at the a Toowoomba camping show so should have it around October. Just in time for the warmer weather. We can’t wait!
@@jenlaw398 keep in touch and let us know when it arrives.
@@lifestyleadventures7327 will do for sure 👍
My wife has no jobs at camp, I slog it like a champion coz I’m a man.
Just purchased the chassis shield and salt exterminator - currently on sale. Does the exterminator remove the chassis shield? If it does, it will end up being quite a bit more costly than i anticipated. Thinking of using the exterminator underbody every second trip and using water underneath intermittently if it does.
Hi Ricky, yes the exterminator removes the chassis shield. I thought the same thing but because I only go on the beach occasionally I just respray the chassis shield as needed. You do end up using quite a bit of product but it’s definitely worth it I reckon, unless you have a car you don’t care too much about. Cheers for watching mate much appreciated 🤙
I've been told after the fires and floods, there have been issues around there
@@BnB140810 it shows unfortunately.

We stayed at New Italy - about 25 min drive away and did a day trip around the coast there. We have fond memories, nice little museum of yesteryear, toilets & garbage facilities, $10 donation can be paid with card.
@@Jenny-jr3mi Is that on the old freeway?
@@lifestyleadventures7327 yes its 8275 Pacific Hwy New Italy NSW
Your pie comes from Wardell pies , a small town south of Ballina and the Big Prawn was originally on top of a 24 hour service station ,you used to be able to climb inside and look out the eyes .
NIce! Thanks for that info, those pies are fantastic. Would have been cool to climb the prawn too!
Another great video. 5 keys mate 5keys lol
Haha yeah can't count!
Great video. Question - is there any way to run Chromecast on 12v when off grid?
Hi there great question. I think if you can get the usb-c to usb you should be able to but I’ll definitely try it out now, thanks!
Dont bother. If you havent bought it get a Firestick 4k instead. Thousand percent better and works off usb!
Yes camera will work while driving. Turn load on.
Thanks mate we have figured it out I’ll do another quick vid on it
Aww, thanks guys, great to see you getting back out there❤
Thank you!
Good to see you out and about again
Thanks so much.
Just been to the Brisbane Caravan Show and met Kyle, the only thing I was worried about was how long it takes to fold out the bed area but it was literally a couple of minutes, they are a great value unit, and that was a good comprehensive review guys, keep it up.
Thanks so much.
Nice trailer. Good video with added bonus of the woman picking her buttocks in the background. 👍🍻

hows it compare to inox lanox mx4?
Hubby is overseas until Sunday, I’ll get him to respond when he returns but I think he loves the stuff.
@@lifestyleadventures7327 thank you!
@@kyfisher3662 hey mate sorry I just saw your comment. It’s a fantastic product, Lenox is good but this stuff is next level. It is pricey but I reckon if you’re going on the beach it’s definitely worth it
@@lifestyleadventures7327 awesome thanks mate, I'll give it a go then!
Did you do any mods to your Pajero Sport eg a tune? I have a PS & thought I’d have to upgrade to something at least 3.5T to pull a van like yours
Yes we did, bash plates, snorkel, hubby got something done to the engine, I’ll get him to confirm that with you, he’s overseas until Sunday, we have no problem towing the van.
Hi Neil. PS has a radiator upgrade, 2” outback armour lift, engine tune (remap) for towing, snorkel, bash plates, bar work is piak all round, raised diff breather kit, and a few more smaller accessories like uhf etc cheers for watching mate.
Appreciate it! 100%
Looking pretty good mate, does it work on normal daily drive, I mean not on dirt, off road or beach, thanks you are rite, you are the only thorough video
Thanks for the feedback mate much appreciated. You can definitely use it for extra protection for daily use. The salt exterminator will wash the chassis shield off, or you can just reapply the chassis shield as needed.
Cheers mate, have fun on the road
Aren't you meant to mix the 100ml with 1ltr of water together?
Yeah maybe mate, wasnt sure so I didnt but either way it worked fine
Looks impressive. My only gripe would be having to stop cooking & close cooktop cover if I needed to get any thing out of pantry above. How’s that been for you?
Hey Neil, We normally book via Hipcamp so cook over a fire, we did however use the van stove last trip to cook breakfast, I just left the pantry open and it didn’t bother me at all 👍 Cheers Deb
Thanks guys , great vid, we will be ordering ours in Youngtown, are you pulling with the Pajero Sport, we have a 2018, how does your's go? Does the van have break assist?
Awesome, tell them you watched our video and to look after you. Yes our Paj Sport tows the van great and the van has electric brakes and a break away controller, you’ll love the van. Deb
Missus and I are in the progress of purchasing the frost 13 and like yourseleves been looking and evaluating all the pros, cons, etc etc and attending caravan and camping shows and it does time and not to rush into...eventually one ticks all the boxes.. Anyway, Missus wants to change the internal colur scheme, you mentioned -GREEN- what colour green was choosen ???. We are thinking of a soft sage with the black handles with a beach wash timber on the counter tops and flooring.. If caravan industry see what is been made overseas, including with rear motorcycle carriers, Royal Flair Raptor comes close. great vid cheers.
Hey There, Awesome, you won’t be sorry with your purchase. We went with a forest green to hide any dirt, originally I had a white color scheme but because we get filthy when camping it didn’t work. We also went with the beach bench tops and love them.
Hey brother, great video. You can't go past Frosty as a name lol
Hey bro yeah only problem is it’s my old bosses nickname and he is a tosser haha😂
Fair call
Hey guys, great video. How do you find the combined shower toilet ? Is it a pain ? Missus and i are looking at one of these too, they look great
Hi mate thanks so much! They look small but we find it great. I (Adrian) tend to use the outside shower mainly to not wet the whole toilet area but size wise it’s fine. No issues at all.
Hi There, No issues at all, I keep a chamois in the bathroom and just give it a quick wipe over. If you’re thinking about purchasing one you definitely won’t be sorry. Where are you located?
@lifestyleadventures7327 I'm located in Darwin NT, So most likely I'll have to travel down south I'd say to be able to have a look unfortunately. Bit usually the case up here
Ok, I was going to offer if you lived close to come and check the van out, we’re Northern Rivers NSW, any other questions please feel free to ask.
