No matter how nice this is it is a glorified trailer park. Paying that much to live so close to a neighbor reminds me of a parking lot. If i moved to AZ i would want to be at a much higher elevation. The recent dessert temps there are not appealing. Its a lovely property but just not where or how i would care to live as an older person. 😢

I like it. My only comment is about the energy cost. I live in Laughlin, NV. One of the hottest places in the world. Pretty similar to where this unit is located. My home is about 1400 SQ ft and my July/August energy bills were both below $200. I'm wondering if the AC unit is older and in need of replacement, or is she attributing that to her desire to have the temp at 69 or 70? How old is the AC unit? Because that seems awful high for 728 sq ft.

I appreciate your video and the fact that you are uniquely clever enough to show the views from the windows, most realtors just do not get it that when my family and friends buy they Always look at their window views. Those who spend time in the house and do not work away from home. Before purchasing and consider this, view question, its not difficult to consider why. This is a FITERED. view, I like when people do not exaggerate because I do not become concerned about other possible issues like frame conditions, plumbing issues, code matters coming up to date and so on. I just want to thank you for this listing. Words matter. This really is an amazingly clean place and there are many benefits to having one of these in an area where you need flexibility to stay a couple nights and get back home. I wish I heard the lot fee and some details about the site owner/manager. I did like the Maricopa county taxes and services. Personal favorites are many.

You should always run the AC unit during these demonstrations. I've lived in new manufactured homes where the AC sounds like a jet taking off. If anyone checks this home out make sure you run the AC.

I have a Doberman , so I doubt they would let me move in there. I could put a fence around the back. The price is a bit high for me, but I guess I could work on that. I do like this place very much.
