Well that was a waste of time and money. Was only able to get ONE of those screws out with the driver they sent in the kit - which LOOKED decent - feel cheated of so much time watching these videos - just lost time and money. Just save yourselves the headache and precious time you have with those around you - send it to the recycle plant and buy a new one - that's right - give up and give in - maybe you'd get luckier than me and save a few dollars, MAYBE - but you can't get that time back.

I own a Moto G 8 power myself - love this phone - however got my screen replace by some mobile phone service shop close by and since then I have very bad signal with Wifi and GPS. I opened the phone and checked the connections of the two cables that run next to the battery on both sides (lower and upper) and they are well connected. I'm a bit lost know what might be the next step to find and fix this problem. Any idea? Does the screen potentially act additionally as a signal transmitter? Any help greatly appreciated!

I replaced the screen once and worked well, but I broke the screen again and this will be my second time. The first time I left the protecting plastic on it so the selfie camera was "blue". This time I will try not to make the mistakes I made before. Been using it gor about 8 hours n still has 30 per cent ehich i guess its good n procesdor is not yhat slow

He forgot to remove the ear speaker from the old screen and put it into the new screen before gluing the new screen in place. He was rather reckless with the sharp metal instrument when prying the battery loose. One small puncture and the battery is useless. Always use flexible plastic card and ISO alcohol to dissolve old glue under battery.
