Turns out the team got massively destroyed by healers so i have scrapped the team for now, but I was using dark breath dc wary fighter Myrrh to debuff people who attacked her to make continued attacks much harder to do. But doesn't matter when you can just use wrazzle dazzle savage blow with 2 dancers to negate the entire point of armor stall.

I mean yea I just haven't gone to smash tourneys in a long time.. though smash5 hype

It's better than the 2 scholar method which requires ever increasing stacks. Is his move magical based so less damage to healers/casters? Or could I throw a dragoon as off tank?

Clay Norrbin Ramuh's damage is 100% magic damage. Not a single physical attack is done by Ramuh. This is also why foresight and eye for an eye, are completely useless against Ramuh. You can try to use THM or ARN as an off tank as they will have comparable magic defense to CNJ. The thing about Off tank CNJ is that its fusing a tank and healer spot and allows for 5 dps to go full throttle, burning Ramuh really fast. An ARN or THM as the off tank.. does it make it faster than using a STR PLD/Warrior who can pump out 250/300+ DPS with stance dancing.

damn Lu, you really know your stuff, so... with all said, does physical DPS become more reliable to dishing out damage as opposed to magical DPS based on him being heavily magic based and probably gearded towards being a much more magical resistant??? please inform the King of Fools n_n MasterofFlare

No boss's defenses ever suit one type of damage over the other. There are only adds that resist a type of damage (magic or physical) in t11 (where there are 2 adds one resisting each type) and in t13 (where the add switches its resistant type)

... Duo this is serious you know? There is no useful thing a GLA brings over a PLD. A CNJ OT fuses a tank and healer role allowing you to bring a 5th DPS

Pretty much just run at the ledge and turn the Stick down in a fluid motion and it works somehow
