Since I'm no longer creating new videos at St Paul's, I've gone back to the vaults for some of the earliest recordings that followed the installation of the A/V system. Back then, I would only upload my improvisations. There is a great deal of repertoire that I'll be posting from time to time, some for the first time, some earlier interpretations of pieces I played years later. My playing style certainly has changed in the last seven years!

All the shoes operate the shades of enclosed divisions. There is no crescendo pedal.

This is an original composition for organ by Duruflé. Because it's so short, I played it twice with different registrations.

This video is really cool and beautiful! Gabriel Areghi's organ playing sounds like the prayer of the Holy Spirit. The organ of St. Paul's Cathedral is also very majestic and splendid. The improvisation goes well with the atmosphere of the Eucharist, and we can feel the grace and love that God has given us. 👏👏👏

We recorded this around Halloween. The lighting was set up to test various options, so it seemed like a good time to record. The lights went away shortly afterwards.
