How do ypu do neck rolls safely
Do you have any advice for continuous 8 finger twirls? I never perfected that, I usually do a figure 8 and start over. Thank you! Love your tutorials!!

@shannonlepard - I reread your comment and realized that I didn't answer your question about the continuous 8 finger and that has me stumped... I've never done a continuous 8 finger, I usually catch it. Do you have a video of someone doing an 8 continuous finger and then I could figure it out.
