The link is what summon gelato ,on the link the conjunction is and if you do ( so the monster from graveyard and the one from hand move simultaneously) what you're referring to is a ordering of saloon trigger as a mandatory and gelato as optional. To try understand miss timing understand that the last thing to happen in a chain when resolving is the cl 1. Now if we had a saloon and a chocolate a la mode that found the trigger.(even if we have a madolche beast) Saloon cl 1 as mandatory to set and gelato to summon as cl2. Resolving the chain since gelato isnt the last thing to happen, you cant add.

@1:36 wouldnt gelato miss timing because it wasnt cl1? because its a when effect, you have to chain to the last thing in the chain to meet the requirement to activate. the last thing that happened in the chain was salon, not the summon of gelato. unless im completely misunderstanding this concept.

Mostly the combo done with toy box and toy soldier as starter are intercangable,but if you started with toy soldier you will end up with one more moster in the backrow and one less monster search. Regarding rcia , most of the combo are possible under pot of prosperity, you wont just be able to get a free plus one.
