Just read the other guys comment about never receiving their purchase. Ouch…. Now I don’t know if I should order….. What a shame, looks really cool, but not ordering if there’s a chance I won’t get my order.
can't argue with him, some of our orders did take 2 years.. we are targeting getting all orders taken before June 2024 shipped by the end of November, then should have current orders out in the next couple months after that. So from now a realistic timeline is 4 months. Sorry if that's too long, but we are catching up quickly and are wanting to get to a point where we have no longer than a 2-month wait, preferably quicker. thx!!

I am sorry, but I've watched this video several times and there's many misalignment due to slight size variation between the panel. That's not what you expect from something in the 1.5K - 3.5K price range. 😥

You should’ve replaced that single with a pair of new springs. Adding 50 pounds is gonna fail that spring in a few months….
We do know that adding weight will shorten the life of the springs, but most likely not down to a few months. While we are just getting started, we have over 200 systems installed nationwide and have only had a few people that felt the need to have their springs tightened a bit. We do have a system in Houston that's been up over 5 years with no issues. We always recommend that once installed a garage door pro be contacted to rebalance if needed. thx!

This is a scam. I wait a year for my system and know other who waited 2! They give 6 month shipping windows and mine was pushed back three times. I asked for a refund and was told a check would be put in the mail in 1-2 weeks. I’d be wary before spending $1200 on this system. They also delete any negative feedback.

Don’t do it, ordered mine in 2022 and still haven’t received anything. Paid and then they stated they were stopping production to build a bigger facility. After getting the run around and dead end promises still nothing. Guess I donated so they could build a bigger facility
