Thank you Home Boi I will not go this route I will stay stock for now.
Hunters Education Class is Sunday November 3!!!!!
Reload? You need to refirearm!
Why aren’t you using your own pistol? That thing is way off or you are.
is this an original 1860?
I would love to be able to afford an original cap and ball revolver, but unfortunately I can’t so this one’s a CVA reproduction. The CVAs, Piettas, and Ubertis are faithful to the originals though. - Pilot
Wow how black powder will travel!!!😊
I tried to look at the forums for breakin tips and people were like "dont excede 4000 rpms". With what tac am i suposed to know where that is lol. What does that sound like "BBRRAAAAAP"? LOL.
Yeah, it was not fun. Seemed like it took forever!
Ha, answer, I didn’t run mine over 4500_5000. I just kept it steady and never bogged the engine.
I love your humor man. If you’re ever in NorCal I’d love to buy you a beer
That would be awesome. I do plan to ride highway 1 eventually.
I thought ammunition and weapon had to be separated
TSA is always saying “check with your airline” for this reason. Bag separation for ammunition is an airline specific thing, not a TSA thing. On the airline I flew this time, ammunition can be packed in the same case as the gun, but not in a magazine.
Thanks for sharing this.
I couldn’t visit and not share. Old Ironsides is too important and too majestic. This was my first time visiting her, and I’m glad I got to do so while she’s still afloat. I sincerely hope she goes many more years before she meets Victory’s fate. - Pilot
This grand old Lady here,is the great great Grandma to the USS TEXAS.GOD BLESS AMERICA. USA forever 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲.
None of y’all will believe this but my dad Jay Thedford owns the bar!
Sweet!
Hope your luggage made it on the plane with you
It did, and I even watched them load it in Charlotte on the next flight. That said, I am quite annoyed with American Airlines because they managed to render my good Paclock 444 unusable
I just put a black 4800 Apache case on my Suzuki DR650.
I absolutely love mine!
Lmfaoo comparing this turd to a wilson
D3 deefense🤣🤣 why are you pronouncing it like that🤣.
02:18 *lock Pickning lawyer* you sure about that 😂
He could absolutely get into that thing super quickly, but this isn’t meant to stop him. It’s meant to stop the TSA and airline agents who don’t have the specialized skills or tools to get into the lock. Locks like this one have actually gotten an “I would use this” from LPL. That’s one of the reasons it was selected. - The Pilot
Suggestion for fixing your stuck nipples. I have an original 1858 Remington where I actually busted a nipple wrench in trying to get them out. I found a jar lid and put the cylinder upside down, sprayed some PB blaster into the cylinders, let them set for two days, and they came out with no problem. I now put a tiny bit of high temp grease on each nipple when cleaning all my black powder pistols on each nipple before installing them back in.
Thanks for the suggestion. I know soaking things is citrus degreaser loosens things up (used that trick on a Swiss Army knife before), but I hadn’t thought to try that method on the revolver. I’ll definitely be sure to give you a shout out if it works. - The Pilot
Interesting good that you can fly with them
It took a lot of effort to get the information necessary from TSA to make sure it gets done correctly. There are plans for a trip report video that discusses how everything actually went and makes recommendations for anyone else planning to fly with black powder firearms. The trip will happen over Labor Day weekend, and the follow up video will hopefully be out within a few days of the return flight. Since security is handled differently at the two airports, I want to make sure to include both of them. - Pilot
Pooky, I think you may have created a monster
My love depends on your scratching me
I love ❤️ scratches 😂 😺
Ebbers is just so moody.
Awesome
Sweat burns like acid 😂😂😂 no simba cameo today?
Bruh, long time no smell! No, unfortunately Simba is in bad shape right now, he doesn’t come out much anymore. Get a yak! Let’s go fish!!
Your sprayong your back rotor man
I am actually quite mindful of my rear disc, it just looks that way. I am actually watching it as I spray.
That is one of the chihuahuas that live behind us. Not cared for properly they are always hungry
Nice kayak!! The orange is no surprise! Must not have come in yellow hahahahah! Gearing up to have some fun fishing! Yay
Well, they did have a yellow one but is was really small and my body weight was max load, 😳 not a good choice.
Nice pistol!! Good shots!!!
Yeah, Pilot is quite the crack shot.
I put a bag on the back and my backseat got lose. Like it rocks around now.
Yeah, sometimes mounting those bags can be tricky.
That pickup will definitely be a work in progress for both of you guys. A lot can be accomplished by doing a little at a time!
Yes, but it is going to be a great father son project.
Damn it’s been forever man! Go to see you’re doing good
One day at a time. 👍🏻
Pretty cool
wonderful presentation gentleman, good to see eagle again!
Thank you, there is more gel on the horizon!!
When did you do this video? That was the second or first gel
Second gel Saturday
I love mine I have a black 556 one. I’ve also shot their fully automatic fde 556 one!
Yes, great people, and even greater firearms.
@myradicallife1743 Yes Sir 100%
Hey the thumbs up is not counting!!! My gosh what a trip. better hope you don’t have to go back to that store again for caps, he may not sell any to you again.
Update a few months later: hit a jackpot at MidwayUSA and again at Wildhorn Services in Odessa. I now have more than 2000 caps in my posession -- Pilot.
Cool pistol…..hope after you clean it bup it will fire easily.
I’m sure, but here’s hoping
thanks for the install video and the update. I was wondering if the fender brace was worth it.
Absolutely it was, took a ton of the wind wobble out of the front end.
On a dual sport, it’s not if I go down,it’s when.
Very good point
Yoooooo 1st
At last I found you ❤️. Looking good, great job. Xxxx
Here we are!!! Happy to see you. Thank you, more is coming very soon, promise!
I have SO been wondering about the tiny house 🏠 Good to see it nearing completion. What a LONG journey! Can't wait to see it completed. And your Mom's furniture etc. In place. And Mom all moved in. 😃
Yes ma’am, between weather, work, opening my side business, and mom coming out of retirement for a part time job. We were missing each other quite a bit, busy busy busy. Hopefully Sunday the 7th of April will be the final finish and prepping to move her in video. 🥰
@ @myradicallife1743 Something to look forward ✨️ too. 😃
Great to see your progress, hope it all goes smoothly from here on. 😀💕
I just installed these on my new Royal Enfield Himalayan . I did get a little aggravated installing those grip nuts. I would get them all started and use a ratchet and 4mm socket and took me about and hour to install. I am told they are 15 liters per side and I got the small top bag at 22 liters. its more than enough space for my weekend getaways. great video
Excellent, yes sir, they suited my needs at the time perfectly!
Do you still have them? If not what did you go to? If you still have them and are ready to upgrade to hard panniers are you willing to sell these?
I did sell them, I upgraded to the Tusk Racks and Panniers set in black in large. Rockymountainatvmc.com had too good of a sale going on to say not yet to.
Came here to see it on a bike.
So the smallest shell made the largest amount of damage!
Ironic isn’t it
And you be working on deaf so please don’t forget the protection
Very funny
Glock??? Nice!!! I sure couldn’t hold that
