@@jessiemckay6391 No, no, no! Caffeine does alert/wake you up, but in a fake way. It actually masks the body's before load/stress, and after the effect wears out, you are much more tired than before ! That's why in pro racing, the use is usually after 20 km to go! Remove it from your life! 5-10 days will be enough!

Hi Jessie! Love your videos! It's very impressive how you manage to work 2 jobs and still get so much training in. Do you ever have the feeling of being burt out? I also love cycling and try to stay as fit as possible during the dark and cold European winter months... but I think I couldn't do your schedule... very impressive!! Oh and by the way, do you have the recipe for the healthy chocolate cake? Thanks a lot and all the best! ❤
@@newyork1538 hi there! Thank you :) it can be tricky but I always try to go to bed early to get 8 hours sleep so that definitely helps! I used these ingredients and just added them all to the bowl at once and cooked at 180 degrees Celsius :) ¾ cup granulated sugar 1 cup pumpkin puree • ¼ cup veg oil ½ cup milk • 1 egg ¼ teaspoon baking powder ¾ teaspoon baking soda ¾ cup all-purpose flour ¼ tsp salt ½ cup cocoa powder

Got the same helmet and gloves. Glasses slip off the helmet too easily, i had to stick some foam pads in to stop it.
@@DanTuber oh cool! My Sungod glasses have quite sticky arms so I don’t have a problem :)

@@Daryl-b9h hey! Haha that’s cool. I have posted the cookie recipe but I can include it in my next video if you follow along it’s super simple. At the moment I’m racing weekly crits but big races start in April next year with 2 local tours across 2 days with 4 events :)

@@LukasAlbert Thanks! I am 172cm and got an XS which a 120 extended T-bar for a more racey my fit. Definitely recommend getting a bike fitter to help as Canyon website suggests a S for me :)
