Almost the same thing happened to me at the Dubai Desert Safari too, while been driven roughly in their SUV with friends some years ago, the bumpy ride was so intense that my neck snapped! I honestly heard it snap. Like my head left my body. I had to go for an x-ray & treatments & felt better afterwards. But every now & then, if I sleep wrongly or on a bad pillow or I stand for too long, or I'm a bit stressed, the neck pain returns. What herb did you take please?
