Let me disect that. first of all it was one of the first things I ever posted on youtube. Which I did out of genuine admiration and as lifelong fan. i found value and something cool in learning a few things I didn't know. Out of repsect for his legacy I chose to share something with people they might not have knowm, maybe inspire people to go back and listen to a few songs. You walk past recreated iimages of Hendrix all the time, do you stop and tell the person wearing him on a shirt, the strore selling the artistic visions of him, would you watch one of ther few movies made depicting him and say, 'that not him to the director'. No movie made about, him including the one where Andre 3000 plays him Have any of his actual songs, should they not have made the movie? Lastly that videos been seen more then 5000 times less then 10 people have said something negative. All odf which I'd say the same thing to. One even has a profile pic of and image of Hendrix, clearly not Jimi, but an artist drawing of him. I think in the broader aspect of things at its core is a simple 3 minute video about a person who was incredibley talented. What you choose to see is on you. Same as when you pass by a person wearing his shirt, a store selling a painting, or whatever. Lastily, I wouldn't post something knowing it would get negative comments, but I do post things accepting people may not like it. That's their right, I am never going to get it right for everyone, thats ok. Thats my genuine answer to your question. Thanks for watching. Have a great holiday

The content is very real, aside from the headlass guitar. The images are interpretations due to copywriting laws and UA-cam policy the reason his music isn’t j. In the video. In no way is it made to trick anyone . It was made for fans, and people who haven’t gotten a chance to check out his work. It was made out of respect for legendary contribution to music. The content is very real. The images are done in the image of a Hendrix, they’re not meant to trick anyone. Aren’t you using a Hendrix image as your profile icon? That also then is fake?

right they get a copyright strike, which means they can't monetize that content at all, and depending when it is discovered be made to takre it down. It also effects your channel and if it can even get monetized because to many strikes and they'll deny you. So just because people do it doesnt mean they should. Also, if that's the Estates wishes then I'm gonna break those. Actors play legend, people draw and paint them, none of those images are him. We don't walk up to someones drawing and say that's not Hendrix. Finally it's not like I put it up pretending it was, i'm just a who thought some coo stuff about him could be shared.

Sorry to disappoint, unfortunatley you can't just use his images because of copyrighting . Artistic renditions are what they are.

@@BruceBrown-n2t I didn’t show a copycat at all. It’s merely a an artistic rendition, you can’t use actual photo’s because if copyrighting issues. The only thing that can be used are artistic, and they can’t directly copy a real picture. So in order to put anything up this is the only way. It’s why they don’t make a movie about him (where he plays any of his music) the estate Doesn’t allow it. I’m a big fan of his I wouldn’t do something that was intentionally in bad taste.

You can't really use a lot of his images, and or music because of his estate and copyright infringement. Going forward I'd make the images look internationally like art rather then photo's.

yea it is. I see the pro's and the cons. I like that there is more avaible to artist now then ever. I think there's a way it works cool as a tool. But keeping aspects human as possible is good. I try to do most of my own writing, act out the voices, and use it to brainstorm. Itterating back and forth.. Are you using it for any projects yourself?

You can't show actual picture or use actual music because of copyright. So the best you can do is generate an artistic representation. I chose to put this out for fans who might enjoy some fun facts. I wish i could of used some real music and iconic pictures. Sorry you were offended.
