Young Poet Loses His Fringe [2022 Mix]
Originally recorded in 1989 at RPM Studio in Wrexham, this one made extensive use of an Akai S950 sampler and Steinberg Pro 24 running on the Atari ST. Here's a brand new mix by Steve Whitfield from the original multi-track.

Spess performing at the Beech Road festival in Chorlton, Manchester on 4th July 2010. This is the stripped back version of one of our greatest tunes. Sadly, Mathew still exhibits all the symptoms of early onset dementia and fails to remember most of the lyrics :-)
