Aberaeron Carnival in 1973. I was the Carnival Queen, with Christine and Llinos as the attendants. Taken by my dad on cine film, then later transferred to VHS video, then DVD, then mp4. Do you recognise anyone? Happy days!

Filmed by my dad on cine film, this was transferred to VHS video tape in the 1980s, later transferred onto DVD and then converted to mp4 on the computer, so obviously the quality isn't brilliant but it's still a lovely reminder of Aberaeron in the Seventies. The Carnival Queen was Anne and her attendants were Melodie and my sister Elaine. Do you recognise anyone? Happy days!

This was taken by my dad on cine film, then transferred to video tape in the 1980s, then onto DVD, then converted to mp4 on the computer, so apologies for the quality. I have added some genuine Adamant Jazz Band music. Do you recognise yourself or anyone? My friend Pennie and I were the witches and my sister Elaine was the ghost. Happy days!

Helston Flora Day 2017, the lovely midday dance, celebrating the passing of winter and the arrival of spring (although the weather was far from springlike today!). They danced through the town, in and out of the shops which were beautifully decorated with bluebells and yellow gorse flowers. View in HD for best picture quality.
