Bubbles, I always appreciate your runs. They are super helpful to watch. How do you think Mindblast would do? Have you done any of those runs?

A couple of notes: Any King's grace with a +3 sent/claw mastery offhand is better than the mage slayer setup I ended up with. Mage slayer is pretty garbage for sentinel. Also, for actually starting a season with sentinel you'll want to take a moment at nightmare cows before hitting hell, I'm timing to arcane sanc only to compare against light trap splits, which ends up being incredibly dangerous if you want to go fast. Either way, the proof of hitting hell in way less than 3 hours is now done so I'm done with sentinel runs. Light traps still have faster potential, I believe I can get to arcane in 2h50m on it.

Notes: Average act 1 into an insane act 2, only made slow by a slight lack of xp and my decision to respec at the end of a2 no matter what - the correct call would've been to continue sentinel to act 3. There's still a definite 5 minutes of timesave there. Ok act 3, but still the lack of xp forced me to clear some extra stuff only to spawn back-to-back xp shrines in act 4. That's how it goes sometimes. Basic act 5, had my music way too loud to actually hear baal laugh for timing wave skips (and I didnt lower it for nightmare either lol). Nightmare act 2 is where there's another 5 minutes of timesave, my pb had an insane 11 minute a2 nm. Lost a lot this run due to constant merc deaths and some less than optimal tele choices. The gold splits and sum of best are fake because I lost all my splits to a hard drive crash a while back, so I only have a few runs recorded now.

Ive completed hell without a single elite drop, i really think that base MF is setted at character creation. There are some characters doomed to not be lucky at all. Thats why u should always have multiple characters.
