AMEN!! I pray all day long!! It def helps me in so many ways! Very rewarding , comforting, gives me security, keeps me kind, humble, & grounded. Def benefits a person at work too.talk to God during breaks, in bathroom, prayer during lunch breaks, as you walk in your work place. Pray while your drive, pray before decision making, Pray pray pray!! It works!!! It does help you when interacting with others! Def gives you peace when in times you could be flustered..or when you get overwhelmed or sad. I love talking to Jesus all through out my days. Jesus loves us and wants us to know him. 15:30 Amen!! ❤

What Jesus actually said is only hearsay, reported decades later. So there's really no way to know what he actually said. It's funny that the Word of God didn't bother to write anything down of his own all those years prior to ministry and didn't ask his disciples to write stuff down. They didn't bother to capture what they could remember immediately after his death, either.
