So I have made a base on loaded in that exact spot and if there door on the next floor up it booms it as well with the c4. They probably had more doors but to close together!

Done this on every server I’ve been on works wonderfully you just have to find one that’s been there for a while

I normally don’t comment on dayz videos but I do watch em quite a bit… much love ❤ You should try and make base in the saw mill near the world border right of stary yar, left of Krasnoe, and above Skalka… be warned tho it won’t be an easy build but ur near nwaf and all the good loot spots… it’s a base location I’ve tried on console and the idea was given to me by a pc buddy and my god is it busted if you make a crazy super base… much love again ❤

I'd have added some "kiss of death" mines in base to make it look like you got raided by toxic guys. Maybe find bodies next day on log in. I did similar on deer isle mv, but I put stacked cabins and removed bottom one. Was able to hide ladder in corner behind it too, that gave me access to a broken, normally inaccessible floor. Used put tents and camo nets on partial framing to hide from aerial recon. The only other way to access upper floors, not using ladders. 😊 This was me 100 hours into game. Maybe a wee bit more. Before I met the aussies. For more disguise, I built starter dheds throughput building, some very wonky as if someone had experimented on learning to build. Small stashes in barrels. Food, water (well was always camped) , small arms for freshies... Some had obvious traps that folks just avoided. Tripwires with smoke or stub grenades. Stuff to make it seem someone had a vendetta against whomever was building in there. I'd use M70 thumper on spawn campers. Then trap bodies with mines and gas grenade (pox)😊 It was in this decrepit plane crashed tower of a building the Mad-Bomber was born. Here, I learned plastique IEDs, didn't care much about a blocking wall. And claymores could be planted horizontally and covered with a body or zombie, and be triggered from a larger than normal distance using the tripwire trap with detonators on them. 😊 Didn't abuse it beyond fifty to a hundred meters. And normally where toxics would come to kill freshies for quests or to farm ID Tags to sell or trade at BM. Killed more with traps, trips, mines and combo IEDs, than with my Blaze and mosin snipers combined.😅 Most of my range kills were, m70 w/gold rounds or toxic rds. Like by 5-6:1 there. Me, potato with long gun. 😊 AOE and me are good friends. I do well on lobbing indirect fire, even on the move. This was when military convoy spawns went in. No one checked backs of lorries. I built up so much plastique from just them. I surrounded and even put on roof about 12 IEDS. Setting them off once to toxic campers were online again. Set off 4. Then pox. Get next 4 detonators from a nearby stash. Listen for refrags. And hit em again. Think devs eventually nerfed explosion ranges because of me on that server. My best IED remote trap ever, was on a known air drop location. Right in bush it would land next to. First was stun + gas. Follow-up, unaffected by stun or pox detonation, was pure plastique. 25 m radius boom.😅 Glorious. I farmed that dropsite so much, folks thought some airdrops were decoys and traps. Two admins told me of the complaint. They knew who I was, because I'd ticket myself asking and offered to dhow them the tricks. Btw, as starter shacks were basically an unlimited reward for simple quest, I built a staircase using 20-30 of them in middle of a field one dark rainy night. Kinda in shape of a hollow step pyramid. I put my whole wipes loot in crates at top. Lotsa non-lethal traps on the corners all the way to top. Barrels with food, water, splints, and bandages/medkits/first aid pack. Let admins know, so they could watch and laugh. They'd spawn critters and zeds. It was hilarious. In three hours no one made it to top and bodies had to be deleted by admins cause of lag. The easy way up, was in middle of bottom . Jump up. Turn, jump to a corner of a higher shed, Top shed was perched above the "H" of two of top layers of shed. And enter top shed from below, standing on roof of the supporting sheds. Inside 3 weeks of c4, plastique and grenades and mines. Lots of tier3 loot (at time highest tier) armor, guns and ammo. Other sheds had paper with coordinates and some clues to cash stashes along with a tier3 gearset or luxury iems and sellables. As well as a digging tool. Those got found pretty fast. I'm sure fights near those was as intense as the field pyramid. Aka, stairway to heaven.😊 I also got them to apply immediately the rule of no mines in or around BM. Camping BM was at one's own risk. Mining and traps were fishing in a barrel with hand grenades. 😊 I helped.😂
