Intense Bloons rounds is possible with aircraft carrier all pops (did it myself) but it's not easy and you need to farm.

fun video! I'm surprised. I would've gone for the 5-2-0 Glaive Lord, with all those buffs, including mib. At the end of the day, both crosspaths can clear the challenge, so it doesn't really matter.

This is a surprisingly fun challenge that I never thought of, just managed to complete it with the inferno ring too

Funny how I use Glaive lord as my strat to save for the antibloon for round 5

A shame that NK patched out Quest pops contributing to getting the Dartling and Mermonkey unlocked. Ya know: just in case something like MOAB Madness was perfect for that.
