The Mayo Commercial

As seen on S6 E30 of Tosh.0! A commercial about two construction workers on their lunch break. Times are dull, until some mayo shows up. Let me tell you, it sure spices up!

Do you have 1988 to 1991 picnic day please?
One of the best parades! Go Aggies!
Mark is the best. One of the nicest people I've ever met. I hope he's doing well wherever he is.
I am George Judd and I was finishing my teaching credentials at UCD at the time of this case. Sub contractor ARA Slater was trying to get rid of more costly UC employees they inherited with their contract to provide food services.
Hi George and Michael! I'm so happy to hear from you. I made this short film as an undergrad at UCD around 2006-2007 as part of a class I took. The story about Doris deserved far better treatment than I was able to give it back then! I just scratched the surface. There are certainly parallels to today with the rise of contract and gig workers. And the amount of media attention this got! I assume it would be easier to track down more of the media coverage these days :) I'm glad to connect with some of her relatives, I really struggled to find anyone back then. Are you in Dixon? I assume Doris has passed by now, but I wish I could have met her, I got the sense she was a spirited and vivacious spirit. How are you related to Doris? All the best to you and yours, Joe Lares P.S. I'll copy and paste this to both of you.
Hi Joe, I’m Doris’s youngest son and now am retired and living in Sacramento. Mom passed in 2007 at 93. She and Dad did well to get 5 kids through college and live independently and married again after Dad passed a few years after UCD. As a retired UC employee she continued her health insurance. She still had a life insurance started for all UCD employees which was left to her 5 children. Strange to see this story again since my granddaughter was recently asking about my parents. I sent this link to them. I hope your life is going well.
Is this story something you are still interested in? I'm her grandson.

Best marching band separate ways arrangement fr
Some of us old Aggie Alum remember these long range games, and we'd always love seeing a few brave Band-Uh! making it on the road trip, showing that Aggie Pride and keeping the team energized throughout the game. Sadly the new administration has completely erased the Band-Uh! tradition and spirit - hardly any road games outside of Cal Poly, San Jose State, Sac State, Stanfurd or Kal, no independence, just a total farce of what the Band-Uh! used to be.
Omg Joe -- after a season of attending Aggie Football games, my 2 year old son is obsessed with the marching band. We just spent a half hour watching your videos. He's yelling "GO AG!" and my daughter (4) is excitedly pointing me out every time any cymbals player is on screen. Thanks for keeping these up after all these years! (15 years ago, wtaf)
Aww that's so sweet! Glad they get to see you :) GO AG!
nice band!!!
Awesome video, but I just effing hate mayonnaise LMAO
Cory, Jesus died for us

Matt and Ryan from superMega ??
Oh my god it’s them
Oh my gosh it's so beautifullllllll
Wait, so when EXACTLY did the "-uh" take a firm hold? I'm kinda shocked that it wasn't a thing by the mid-80's
Hard to believe that's my dad
Ricos culos.
Song?
Song?
The UC davis band is probably the last band in the US to have high drum harnesses
cute
Who in the right mind would take a picture with the band WHILE their preforming? The guy at 0:30
I live in Berkeley. Heard it hitting my window. Crazy. Went on for a good while. Drive safe.
It is crazy my mom was married to his dad before Paul's dad passed. He has a little brother my brother Larry living in bakersfield. I remember growing up starting in 1976 with Paul we used to work at Daisy's together. I'm happy he is doing well I often wondered what became of Paul and Pam.
Stanford dominated
I'm not familiar with Stanford's band at all, as a matter of fact, this is the 3rd video I've seen. do they ever get serious or are they simply a party band?
Hello!Any idea on how to get the music sheet for Marching Band of PROMISCUOUS da Nelly Furtado?

GO GATORS
Those days are happily engraved in my brain-lost my naivete on my first bus trip and ket bra sewed on ever after-lmao- and learned how to have fun with the best band/group ever. 1983-1986. Battle of the bands with Stanford and Cal, the march on Embarcadero Sq. and Navy Pier, and who could forget Humboldt lol. My knees have finally rebelled at our high-stepping,arm saluting pep march. Wonder where my hat is? Thanks for the memories! (& 4 the frnds who saved me(Shelley Priser at that time-flute)
New uniforms?
Great energy
