    you can leave speed settings and dial down max flow in filament , to slow it down. Thats what I do. check speed after slicing to get speed you want.

    When i print that file it is super thin and flimsy instead of being solid. I. Believe it is from scaling it down to be a mini helmet. Any tips?

    Wouldn't covering the filament up not evaporate the water thats retained?

      @smokieprints486 Oh yea, I saw your original video! I have the same set up and I only use 3DXtech. What I was just thinking was that the heating system is kind of useless because unless it is in a confined, dedicated apparatus, its not going to wick it away from the filament. I'm currently searching for system to do 100°C for the temp like a dehydrator and then chamber vacuum seal it for long term storage.

    Smokie, why dry the filament in the printer when you literally have a purpose built filament drier?

    • @smokieprints486
      @smokieprints486 Місяць тому

      It doesn’t dry it at the right temp. The one I have maxes out at 55c and you want to dry it at 100-80c

    Buying files is the single saddest statement ive ever heard out of the modern age. If its just a digitial document guy youre wasting money depending on how much it is. Small art coding shouldnt be expensive

    • @smokieprints486
      @smokieprints486 3 місяці тому

      It wasn’t bad. And sometimes it’s nice to support a digital artist to keep the going

    • @user-zs2fi3ll4b
      @user-zs2fi3ll4b 3 місяці тому

      @smokieprints486 I'm not gonna say that supporting small-time creators and artists is bad and that you can't purchase an available product for your passion/hobby. But I also don't support people overpricing stuff in general. I can't say I haven't been a factor of doing that, he'll I've spent money on a micro transaction for Playstation before. But that's just my opinion towards art in general. No art is worth allot of money and artists are actually psychotic that they ask as much as they do for art. I understand putting effort into making something. But I like art and have don't it too. No art should be above a certain price-range in my opinion in general.
