My couple ❤❤
😂😂😂😂😂 yu nailed it
Its easy to buy a car but keeping it on the road its a struggle..If this customer does not have money, how is he going to pay you. Brake job, clutch, suspension, and gearbox..Broer, how do you charge for all these??😂😂😂😂
Yes that is the biggest challenge we face as vehicle mechanics they can afford maybe to buy the parts but and want you to do the job perfect but for peanuts!😅 If not mistaken l charged him a 2500 but still combining kkk
Thank you guys for supporting my work please subscribe, share, like and comment
@@Christopherserudzai my father once said 'If you are good at something, dont do it for free'..You should have done the brake job, cjarge it and look south..he complains about so.ething you give him a quotatiion and look east...Time is money my brother

😂😂😂😂 double trouble
Hi bro my Nissan navara yd25 d40 2006 has no power no smoke no hard start any help
Try diagnostic tests then if you don't have any trouble codes then test the fuel injection system and the air flow systems. If l get something also l will let you know
Very common problem on the yd25. If you remove the conical seals before removing the valve cover it comes up straight and easy
What the heck are you doing.

I’ve worked on these convertible systems and they are a nightmare. Always refreshing to see them in great working order, it truly is a marvel to watch.
Yes l could not get them l don't know why.
You can find them as aftermarket Febest NCP-008 for example.
Hi bra.nissan says they dont sell the top seals only those conical ones.
❤
🥰👍
Ouch, why rev it so hard?
Ok, this was left on the hash weather for all those years
That's actually amazing that that would start after that many years I also have a really old V4 90 horse Evinrude and when I started it it started up but I had to fix the gas bowl it's a glass bowl but I know the impeller is wasted
Thank you guys for your advice.
Now just wait till the brake pads fall out when they wear down a bit. Far safer to throw the old disks away and fit new every second pad change.
I know that he might be proud of his beard, but if he keeps leaning over that machine and it gets caught up in the brake lathe it will do him some real damage.
This used to be more common when people fixed parts more often than replaced whole assemblies like people do now. Nice to see it still going on a little bit. I needed just a piston to fix my brakes the other day but had to buy a whole new caliper because nobody sold just the piston, it was very hard to find. My old boss had a sensor go bad in his car and the dealer had to replace this whole gigantic assembly costing thousands of dollars just because a single sensor in it was bad. I'm glad I still have an old Toyota because they are still made to be fixed on an individual component level without having to buy whole new expensive assemblies for no reason, just bad design.
Makes sense if you have no access to cheap rotors for what ever reasons.
Skimming discs/rotors is generally a waste of money and time. The difference between the as new thickness and the minimum wear thickness is small on all modern discs. Also, most friction braking systems tend to require replacement of both the pads and the discs at the wear limit of either. By skimming the discs you will reach the wear limit quicker and then have to prematurely replace the pads. If you look at the cost of skimming and the premature disc/pad replacement against replacing the pads and discs with new, it quickly becomes apparent that skimming discs really is worth it especially as you will get new performance with new components. PS. given the light state of the surface rust, I would have carried out an intensive session of light braking that would probably cleaned up the discs to a workable state.
An on car brake lathe…we have these at work… pretty cool
Looks awesome!
Thank you
