Jeep Wrangler TJ Front Coil Bracket & Control Arm Bracket Replacement Part 2
This is Part: 2 of this Bracket Replacement job. Sorry My Audio get messed up so I need to incorporate some sweet Music into it. In this part I am getting all the brackets positioned and welded up. I have installed the Axel multiple times to make sure that this will be correct. Stay Tuned for the Next Part and we will get this painted on installed for the final time.

Replace 1998 Jeep TJ Coil Brackets

I broke the Passenger side coil bracket driving 65. This is a wild ride Hahahah. I decided I better Upgrade to a heavier Coil Bracket. Once I started the job I realized that the Driver side Lower Control Arm Bracket was broken. Now I am replacing all the Brackets but the Upper Control Arm Brackets look good. I will also replace all the bushings while I have this torn apart.
Beileigh Industrial 10" Buffer Stand Build.

I bought this 10" Buffer and I did not want it to set on a work bench. I wanted it to be Free Standing so I could access the Wheels Properly. I also did not want to bolt this down to the concrete. That is why I decided to use a Semi Wheel so ti had enough weight that it would not move while using the machine.

I have always LOVED Benchmade Knife and when I saw that they have Cutlery I was super excite. Here are a couple of knifes that I really wanted. The Meatcrafter & The Station Knife. These came out of an Oregan shop and were Made to Order. They are super sharp I am so Excited!!!

I have been needing a way to grind Welds, Spot Welds, etc. in hard to reach places that I just cant get with my other tools. I am super excited to have this New tool I think that this will come in handy for a lot of things. It was easy to convince my wife for me to get this tool cause she can use it on her fingernails & toenails!!!

67 Chevy C10 Build Part 3: Inner Cowl

In this (part: 3) I am replacing the passenger side lower inner cowl. I should have replaced this while I replaced the A Pillar. The Inner Cowl was backordered and I got impatient. This made it a little more complicated then it should have been. I still need to replace the front and back cab supports as well as part of the floor pans.

I am super excited to finally get my air compressor!!! This was made to order. I think it took right around two months to get this delivered to me. I need to get the power connected to the compressor then I will do a follow up and we can hear how how quiet this unit is and how fast it builds pressure.

Ha😂 wiping off the sandblasting! That killed me!
Before weld tacks. Flat Top Sheetmetal Screws on all the panels. Install The Door With the Weather Strip in Place To Align The Rocker Panel gap and Out Extension. I broke other, People Work, Because they Weld Without The Door and weather strip. To Align The Front Clip Need The Rubber Mounting of the cab and radiator support. To Make all the gap like factory. Am An old guy, I solve all those issues from others mistake. Thanks.

Not using a respirator is like using sunglasses to weld this is why you need proper training to use the correct personal protective gear

Don’t worry about your wife pal, that dust and chemicals coming from that car will kill you way before your wife does 😂, if you can’t afford overalls and proper respirator get yourself at least ps3 mask they only £3 a piece, better than heaving nothing to protect your lungs 👍

WARNING!!! To anyone out there planning on sandblasting, wear a respirator mask with sealed eye, mouth, nose & face, possibly even a hazmat suit, because if you breath this stuff in, even if it's on your clothes afterwards, it will eventually\legitimately kill you in a slow, painful & miserable way. Better to be safe than sorry!

Please be very careful using this tool. The red cap on top almost blow my head off. I had thought i realesed all the pressure from the canister. It was just a little pressure left i guess that cap shot at me like a bullet and just missed my face by a cunts hair😢

It’s worth the effort in finding a donor cab without so much rust… they’re out there… just saying 😊 My cab was slowly bang in behind the gas tank with metal pipe I’m guessing the bed & cab are pretty bad… as for rust almost perfect… lol almost

Get both tanks one for 100% argon for aluminum and a 90/ 10% argon/ co2 mixture. Im pulse welding with 90/10 on 5/16” steel angle this week got about 250 feet of weld to run

friend got one of these and it worked pretty well for a while but the sand wore out the nozzle pretty fast as well as the fittings and eventually it wore a hole thru the hose. this was just using it over a couple of weekends. It takes a lot of air to work well. 2 25 gallon compressors and they were never able to stay caught up.
I have to do this job so my wife doesnt fill the cab with gas......Nicely done sir.

DANGER!!!!!! Look up "Silicosis" !!! BROKEN fine sand/silica dust is EXTREMELY BAD FOR YOUR LUNGS!!!! I made same mistake 30yrs ago!
