130 base, 150 with bless.
how much DEX/acc you have in this video?
130 Accuracy base with like 66 dex base or so. I could reset for less but I had enough to kill snowman and phantom watches. Himes require a good bit less.

Just did it at 94 combat on the iron. Only one level lower than recommended but definitely did it with subpar gear and food. Took a few tries but once you nail the few mechanics, it’s a straightforward fight. Still took some RNG. Got him to 10 health one time, and then 1 the next before hitting string of zero and dying 😭😭
Grats! Doing it early combat is definitely tough and there's a ton of RNG based on what attacks you get and how much damage you do and take.
Ive seen 2 of these people being reported multiple times in the Discord for botting lol

The dark tachions it drops can be turned in for around 150k xp each.

Grats specifically almost no one got +7 gear right now. It’s a bit hard.
Yeah maybe 1-2 of our players are quite geared, the others are mid tier. I think most of us are top ~30 of our classes though maybe minus the thieves.

Really cool to see that they use current maple's boss attacks and patterns but with a full party killing it like it was back in the day. Nice balance between the two.
Coild you elabirate what do you mean by "current maple attack"? This look nothing like current papulatus
Not all of it, but his attacks and patterns are not like they were in actual oldschool MapleStory. I haven't played current Maple in almost a decade so I just assumed it was all taken from the current version. If not, maybe it's from some early big bang versions, like some of the other assets/tweaks used in Artale.

It seems this server is very potion friendly since you have little care about getting hit, facetaking and jumping inside every mob but seems quite nice nonetheless
Believe it or not it's very rough on potions, but I'm also showcasing zones that are up to 100 levels below my character. In my endgame training spot (himes) it's very rough on money :)
Would you suggest grinding these maps or trying to pq for fastest lvling?

hector/fang map is 100% better than golems even at 75 ull get more exp theres may more mobs there and less moving around.. and the added benifit of having the tails to trade for the exchange when ever the heck we get that.

nice tip! as your a warrior main, does artale server balanced the weapon swinging/stabbing % between different weapon?( like axe swing does more damage than stab) I was a crusader main back then and planning to build axe crusader on artale, since during old days maple dint balance well between axe and sword damages.
Nah from what I've seen on artale stabbing and slashing are the same dmg on all weapons
if you join the Artale discord, theres a post with all the calculations for the weapon modifiers. They normalized all weapons to be a singular modifier based on the weapon type regardless of the type of attack used.

@@fongl3067 Two-handed weapons still have less stable but potentially higher damage. Especially blunt weapons
@@fongl3067however the difference between Spears and pole arms now is primarily aesthetic as well as the ability differences in third job. There may be more differences to I'm not a DK expert.

I'm struggling extremely badly trying to do this right now on one of my accounts... I've attempted to do it so many times I can do it without messing up any of the special attacks whatsoever.. But he does way too much damage to me and I do way too little to him it is starting to seem impossible... I'm almost certain at this point it's not what I'm doing poorly it's my stats that are the main issue.. Although I could be wearing the wrong gear. I'm going to look into that next... But.... My stats are 76 combat, 60 atk, 77 str, 20 def, 84 hp, 44 prayer...
Your magic level is going to account for a lot of your defence against him. 70% magic 30% def
BOYS... get the runelite plugin for phoenix necklace if you're going to do this. I made my life so horrendously harder than it had to be. Also, for all the "this isn't low level" comments: If you're running in with gear like his, then YES you are low level for this boss at 93.

Recommended level is 95 I believe for the quest. This boss is tough, I did at 45 defense on a zerker like 83 ish str and it took me sooo many tries

Whats was your prayer and HP at the time.. currently trying to do it with 60 atk & def, im on 65 str atm was hoping i can get it done with 70 str
@@Derkaderkavlad I did it with 65 att/Def and 73 str with 54 prayer. Use 4 prayer pots and pray protect from magic, and the highest attack/strength boost. Use a regular combat potion and fill the rest with tuna potatoes. He can drain your attack and that is not listed on the wiki, so be weary of that because it will kill your run
Am i the only one who is having their attack level lowered during the fight. I need to re pot to get it back up like 3 times during the fight

It restores your HP and prayer when your HP is low.

do you not need to use super restores? when i did this, he drained my attack stats
he doesnt drain stats, you were probably drinking combat potions that deplete over time or saradomin brews for healing that also lower stats or something similar
@@MothleyRS If you get hit by any of his 3 special attacks they can drain stats. The key is avoiding those.
