Not my experience I am at 29 hours and no glasses.
The entire 1min 14sec video is just going through a list of how your glasses might be lost, but they don't explain what their guarantee is other than "order today, get your glasses by tomorrow!". (Which is actually not true... by "today" they mean before noon Pacific! They don't mention this at all... there's a lot of time after noon Pacific left in the day, no?)

It should be standard technology today... I know that @GlassesUSA (online store) produces free-form digital progressives for cheap (that's where I get them.) Too expensive for me in a mall store.

Ordered last month, it took 10 days and I can only use them to drive to an eye Dr. To get a new pair in order to see better. So they are only a back up pair. Not even good enough to watch a movie in a theater with. Great frames great case, poor return service, I gave up on overnight glasses. $60 dollars wasted.

No. We use Aspheric lenses so the distortions are as minimal as they can be.

Can you tell me how to remove permanent marker from eye glass lenses without damaging anti reflective coating ? An Optomitrist made 4 dots on my NEW lenses, while trying to convince me to get new lenses...and I have used lense cleaning fluid and the soft cloth and not working. These were $800 glasses I cannot afford to replace, but also do not want to make a mistake and damage the lenses or anti reflective coating trying the wrong thing on them
I assume the markers are from the lensometer marking pins. They can be removed using rubbing alcohol 70-90%. Im not sure about the quality of your Anti-Glare but if you paid $800! it should be a really good one that can withstand the alcohol.
