Great explanation. Can you attach diagrams to facilitate understanding?
BRO KINDLY EXPLAIN WHAT YOU DONE EVERY THING IN STEP BY STEP (LIKE VOICE OVER)
@@mnaresh06 thanks for the suggestion, will update this in future videos thank you !!
it looks so great and the attention to detail 🔥🔥
Thank you !! Keep supporting
Hi how did you get all the dimensions and know all the inside components without having a Jet Engine next to you? Im trying to make a Fiesta Engine on Solidworks.
Hi, I have a step model of this, so first I'm creating in solidworks and match it to the step file, then I'll note the dimensions then I'll recreate once again as per that dimensions
Oh cool, but where did you get the step model if you don't mind me asking? @@caddscience8822
next part please
Coming soon
Hey, what are those shimming used for exactly ? Is it like in assembly or machining, can you explain a bit please what these shimming are for ?
Shim is a pack of thin plates usually 5mm (1x2mm, 2x1mm, 1x0.5mm and 2x0.25mm) used to adjust the locating pin or NC(Mylar), because the manufacturing dimensions may slightly vary compared to the design model
So amazing sir
Thanks a lot !! Keep supporting
This is soo cool! please keep doing these videos.
Thank you! Will do!
And very importantly all the shimming directions should be either parallel or perpendicular to the principal planes !!!
So nice sir
Thank you, keep supporting
So good sir
I applaud your attention to detail. I have a question for you as an expert in part design: I am studying mechanical engineering (first semester of my masters) with a specialisation in energy systems. I never really focused on "machine design" at university because I liked the 'maths' courses more than the 'designing' ones. A few weeks ago, I started to learn how to create CAD designs, as I've noticed that AI is being integrated into CAD software (such as "generative AI" or "shape optimization"). I'm learning about CAD mainly through UA-cam. My question is, do you have any advice on how I should approach learning CAD software? Please bear in mind that I don't want to dive into extreme depths like I did with energy systems, but I realise that this tool could be very useful in my future. Thank you very much! PS: i am working on fusion 360
Fusion 360 is a good choice, since you're learning from youtube explore the other softwares too, I prefer you to just go with the basics, once you become familiar then see how far your interest takes you, All the best
In two way shimming firstly said one is horizontal (-) and vertical side( | )shimming but later you said chopping side (perpendicular) shimming why sir
Hi, shimming should always be parallel or perpendicular to principal planes, please mention the time where I said perpendicular to chopping, I will explain, thanks
@@caddscience8822 no sir, I am asking one default x direction shimming and another one coming z direction shimming why sir , I believe that x and y direction shimming required not in z direction please clarify sir
Ok i understood your concern, default shimming is the nearest principal plane for the chopping, it can be x y or z
@@caddscience8822 in two way shimming we can take xy or xz if x is default direction shimming, thank you for clarifying sir
@@newtechnology9263 yes, if x is default direction and less than 15 degree then only x direction is enough, I will also upload video on shimming very soon, please watch it for more information on shimming
Stay tuned for the next video
needs commentary while you are building it.
Sure, thanks for the suggestion since it was an hour and half video i chose to talk only at some points, okay i will consider this from the next video
Wonderful explanation
Thank you, i explained only some points, The rest of the things can be clearly understood in the video
how can i convert fides files to step whitout fides software?... can you tell me which converter are you using?! thanks!
i'm not sure, but try creo or cross manager once
Thank you crack!!! Best regard from Argentina 🫶🏻
So glad to see someone from overseas, Thank you !!
When i use pin cylinder how much distance offset to pin sir any reference is there sir
it depends on which cylinder you are using, the distance will be given in the datasheet of that cylinder
Hello sir can u share the basics of concept design video in biw fixture design for European standards
Sure !! will upload

bro could you give the website for downloading the panel
I downloaded it from grabcad, you can check there
Can u provide ur mail id or LinkedIn profile please
Sir how can download this type panel for precticing in my system
Check in grabcad website, you'll find some
Axis system symbol not shown at my system 3:35 .
may be this will help www.learnvern.com/catia-course/reference-axis
Why you are not using coincidence command, offset command in assembly design.
Assembly constraints are not much used in catia as snapping is very easier and faster
In companies that work on large assemblies on CATIA, they prefer not using constrains because it would create update loops that will take a lot of time, instead they use a common axis system for all the parts, then design them in their final position so when you bring the part in the assembly is will come in its good position. If the part is used in different positions they would just snap it to the other position without constrains I hope this helps
Plz explain the same thing , you designed the fixture but now the changed some area.
Sorry I didn't get it, you mean should i need to upload a complete fixture design video ?
Hi, just incase if there is no graphics window Click on New window then 3D window
Make more tutorial videos for Biw fixture design
sure !!
Please upload more videos on BIW fixture design.....
sure !! our next video is on symmetry, will upload soon, thanks !!
hello brother. ur explenation is helping a lot. thanking you seriously. could u please provide the xl sheet with out any fail.
I'm glad it helped, I have given the Excel file link in the description please check, thank you !!!

welcome, hope it helped
How to make nc body position pls tell me
i have shown in the video how to make NC body position, is there any issue you are facing please let us know and also i have uploaded the new clamp unit design video do watch it might help
Normally in total panel where we can place nc and why at particular position only we can in other position also
NC is placed wherever the support is needed, usually follow 3 2 1 principle
But for applying 321 principle there how to find the position of NC exactly
@@lok119 NC will be build in such places so the panel will be perfectly seated, for example if a panel is a place surface 3 NC in a triangle postion will be sufficient
Keep it up
thanks, keep supporting
Keep continue
Thank you, please let us know if you are facing any issue in any design topic I'll make a next video on that
Bit louder voice would be fine
recorded in a pretty basic mic, hope its audible. surely will upgrade the audio quality in upcoming tutorials, thnx for the suggestion
Great work thanks
