I'm 15, have a fast metabolism, and am anemic. I've always been labeled as a "stick" or "anorexic," which led to me developing body dysphoria. Currently, at 88 pounds, I'm eager to gain weight, but every time I manage to, I lose it incredibly quickly. I wish it were easier for me.

I’ve been trying to gain weight since I was a young adult (I’m 30 now) I’m just now getting the hang of eating the right things & putting myself first.. trying not to stress because it causes me to lose my appetite and lose weight. I’m 118lbs now and I believe I can get to my goal weight of 135-140 soon! I never woulda thought I could gain a few years ago, keep going yall doing research and finding that works for you ❤
